★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη μεταφορική! Άμεση παράδοση δέματος από Αθήνα σε μόλις 2 ημέρες όταν άλλες μεταφορικές εν μέσω πανδημίας ξεπερνούν τον 1 μήνα. Ο μεταφορέας ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και επικοινώνησε μαζί μου πριν την παράδοση.
 Excellent transport! Immediate delivery of parcel from Athens in just 2 days when other transport in the middle of a pandemic exceeds 1 month. The carrier was very polite and contacted me before delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι υπάλληλοι τμήματος εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και τμήμα πωλήσεων απλά αδιάφοροι. Κρίμα που η διοίκηση δεν ασχολείται για να βγάλουν τα κακά σπυριά από την εταιρία!!!
Unacceptable employees of customer service department and sales department simply indifferent. It is a pity that the management does not bother to remove the bad pimples from the company !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δέμα μου (ψυγείο) πήγε από τη Θεσσαλονίκη στο Βόλο μέσα σε μία ημέρα. Είχα ζητήσει να είναι express και ήταν, χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση. Η έξτρα χρέωση βέβαια υπήρξε για την παράδοση κατ' οίκον (20ε) αλλά απ' ό,τι καταλαβαίνω αυτό ισχύει γενικά με τις μεταφορικές. Η έξτρα χρέωση καθορίζεται από τον οδηγό του φορτηγού και δεν δείχνει να είναι fixed τιμή. Το ένα εξτρα αστέρι που θα έβαζα για τη συνολική υπηρεσία και εξυπηρέτηση το αφαίρεσα λόγω της κακής και αδιάφορης συμπεριφοράς και των δύο ενδιάμεσων υπαλλήλων (Θεσσαλονίκη-Βόλος). Ενδεχομένως ο κύριος με τον οποίο μίλησα στο Βόλο να ήταν υπάλληλος άλλης συνεργαζόμενης εταιρίας, αλλά όταν του ζήτησα να παραδοθεί το ψυγείο εντός τριών ημερών γιατί μετά δεν θα υπήρχε άνθρωπος να το παραλάβει και ότι έπρεπε πάση θυσία η παράδοση να είναι κατ' οίκον γιατί δεν υπήρχε άνθρωπος να κουβαλήσει, εκείνος απάντησε πως μέχρι την ώρα που τον πήρα όλοι του έλεγαν πως είχαν ειδικές συνθήκες ("μία είναι έγκυος, έναν τον πονάει η μέση του, όλοι κάτι έχετε να πείτε όταν πρόκειται για τέτοιες δουλειές"). Νομίζω ότι η αγένεια χάλασε την εικόνα της εταιρίας και είναι κρίμα γιατί η παράδοση ήταν πολύ γρήγορη και η συνεννόηση με τον οδηγό του φορτηγού άψογη (ήταν ο μόνος άνθρωπος με τον οποίο συνεννοηθήκαμε σωστά)
My package (refrigerator) went from Thessaloniki to Volos in one day. I had asked to be express and it was, without extra charge. The extra charge of course was for home delivery (20e) but from what I understand this generally applies to shipping. The extra charge is determined by the truck driver and does not appear to be a fixed price. The one extra star that I would put for the total service and service I removed due to the bad and indifferent behavior of both intermediate employees (Thessaloniki-Volos). Possibly the gentleman I spoke to in Volos was an employee of another cooperating company, but when I asked him to deliver the refrigerator within three days because then there would be no one to pick it up and that at all costs the delivery had to be at home because not there was a man to carry, he replied that by the time I got him everyone was telling him that they had special conditions ("one is pregnant, one has a sore back, you all have something to say when it comes to such jobs"). I think the rudeness damaged the image of the company and it is a pity because the delivery was very fast and the communication with the driver of the truck was impeccable (he was the only person with whom we communicated correctly)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μένω Βραχατι Κορινθίας και Έκανα παραγγελία ενός προϊόντος από ένα κατάστημα στη Μακεδονία. Το κατάστημα συνεργαζόταν με την comvos ltd η οποία μεταφορική συνεργάζεται με την ανωτέρω μεταφορική TRANSCOMBI EXPRESS SA για να μεταφέρουν προϊόντα στην υπόλοιπη Ελλάδα.
Ύστερα από ένα μπαράζ τηλεφωνηματων αφού καθυστέρησαν να μου παραδώσουν την παραγγελία μου, χθες 3.11.21 με πήρε τηλέφωνο ο διανομεας και μου είπε ότι σε λίγα λεπτά θα βρίσκεται σπίτι μου για να μου παραδώσει το δέμα. Δεν υπήρξε καμία τηλεφωνική συνεννόηση πιο πριν για να κλείσουμε κάποιο ραντεβού έτσι ώστε να υπάρχει κάποιος άνθρωπος στο σπίτι. Στο σπίτι ήταν η έγκυος γυναίκα μου (5 μηνών σε δίδυμη κύηση) που εκείνη την ώρα έλειπε από το σπίτι για 10 λεπτά. Ο κύριος λοιπόν αυτός αφού αρχικά δεν έκανε σωστά την δουλειά του που έπρεπε να με είχε ενημερώσει πιο πριν ότι θα έρθει έτσι ώστε να κλείσουμε ένα ραντεβού, επειδή περίμενε έξω από το σπίτι μου 10 λεπτά μέχρι να γυρίσει η σύζυγος μου θεώρησε πρέπον να με πάρει ξανά τηλέφωνο και να μου μιλήσει με άσχημο τρόπο και φωνάζοντας. Και η τελική αποκορύφωση ήταν στο τέλος, εκείνη την στιγμή έφτασε στο σπίτι η σύζυγος μου και άρχισε να φωνάζει σε έγκυο γυναίκα μεσα στη μέση του δρόμου και αρνήθηκε να ανεβάσει το δέμα (18 κιλών) στο διαμέρισμα λέγοντας της να το πάρει μόνη της.Και ρωτώ λοιπόν οι υπάλληλοι της εταιρίας σας έχουν προσληφθεί με σκοπό να εξυπηρετούν τους πελάτες σας ή αντί αυτού να μπαίνουν σε ξένα σπίτια και να φωνάζουν στους πελάτες σας γίνοντας περίγελος στους περίοικους άνευ λόγου και αιτίας???? Απαιτώ την άμεση Επικοινωνία των υπευθύνων της εταιρείας μαζί μου.
I live in Vrachati, Corinthia and I ordered a product from a store in Macedonia. The store cooperated with comvos ltd which transport cooperates with the above transport TRANSCOMBI EXPRESS SA to transport products to the rest of Greece.
After a barrage of phone calls after they were late in delivering my order, yesterday 3.11.21 the distributor called me and told me that in a few minutes he would be at my house to deliver the parcel to me. There has never been a phone call before to make an appointment so that there is someone at home. At home was my pregnant wife (5 months in a twin pregnancy) who at that time was away from home for 10 minutes. So this gentleman, since at first he did not do his job properly, he should have informed me beforehand that he would come so that we could make an appointment, because he waited outside my house for 10 minutes until my wife came back, he thought he should take me phone again and talk to me in a bad way and shouting. And the final climax was at the end, at that moment my wife arrived at the house and started shouting at a pregnant woman in the middle of the street and she refused to lift the package (18 kilos) in the apartment telling her to take it alone. So I ask, have the employees of your company been hired in order to serve your customers or instead to enter foreign houses and shout at your customers, making fun of the locals for no reason ???? I demand the direct communication of the company managers with me.
