★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after being one of their first customer at the beginning of their firm
and bought several programs from them, a few years ago i bought one of their updated packages but from day one the usb-key i had wasn't compatible with the new package so they guide me through a small proccess to enable my key. some years have pased and i wanted to reinstall the program to a new pc i called them and asked for that guidance again but the only thing that the could do is to transfer my call to sales department so they could upsale me a new support servise in order to solve my problem,the problem that was theirs from the beginning when they sold me the updated programm without the right key.
BTW:the key is working just fine on the much older version that i have so they key is not the problem
