Πλεον νιώθω να έχω καινούργιο αυχένα χωρίς πόνους. Θα ξανα πηγαινα σίγουρα. With my eyes closed I suggest you visit the children because they will really remind you of the simplest, to listen to my body! I had neck / back problems. Now I feel like I have a new neck without pain. I would definitely go again.

The fact is in less than a week after the first appointment i feel a lot better and almost recovered. The initial assessment is extremely thorough and very holistic in its approach and the course of treatment tailored to your individual needs. I arrived at the practice at the age of 60 with various issues that had crept up on me over the past 8 years due to late-onset muscular dystrophy: very bad posture, poor sleep due to pain and a 'drunken sailor roll' when I walked, to name just a few. After 4 months of therapy my posture is 90% 'normal', my walking and sleeping have improved immensely and I am feeling more like myself again! Due to the degenerative nature of MD I know it is is going to be an uphill battle to hold on to my improvements, but it is such a relief to know that with Vassili and Tom's help (plus some pilates and yoga!) I have a chance at a relatively 'normal' life. Thank you guys for everything......you are the best!!
