Δεν στέλνουν την οδική φροντίδα εάν δεν έρθει η τροχαία πρώτη, και σου αναφέρουν πως πρέπει να έρθει η τροχαία και μετά να τους καλέσουμε, και όταν τους είπα μόλις ήρθε μου λένε αλήθεια ήρθε; Διότι εάν έρθει η οδική και δεν έχει έρθει η τροχαία θα φάτε πρόστιμο! Επίσης άσχετα πόσοι ώρα θα κάνουν να έρθουν όπως και μου έτυχε το τροχαίο να γίνει στις 3:35 η τροχαία ήρθε 4:07 και η οδική τους ήρθε 5:50 Ήμουν υποχρεωμένος να διώξω πρώτα το αμάξι με το γερανό και μετά να με πάρει το ασθενοφόρο έτσι, όπως και έγινε, και να τελειώσει το μαρτύριο μου στις 12.30 το βράδυ! Και το ποιο θλιβερό είναι την συγκεκριμένη οδική την προσφέρει μια μεγάλη ασφαλιστική εταιρεία η ΑΙG με ακριβά κόμιστρα, και με ένα ανύπαρκτο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο! Εάν υπήρχε -5 αστέρια θα τους έβαζα! Και μπήκα στην διαδικασία να κάνω αυτήν την κριτική για το λόγο ότι μου στέλνουν μήνυμα καταπατώντας το δικαίωμα της ιδιοτηκοτητας χωρίς να τους δώσω καμία δικαιοδοσία να μου στέλνουν και να μου ζητάνε να κάνω κριτική. Και όπου μπήκα για να δείξω την δυσαρέσκεια μου αλλά όπως φαίνεται στην εικόνα, μάλλον απλώς είναι αυτοματοποιημένα συστήματα, όπου δεν θέλουν κριτικές ή βάζοντας οι ίδιοι κριτικές στον ίδιο τους τον εαυτό γιατί αλλιώς δεν εξηγείται! Και πάλι συγχαρητήρια! The most miserable company of all time! They do not send the road care if the traffic does not come first, and they tell you that the traffic should come and then we should call them, and when I told them as soon as it came they tell me it really came? Because if the road comes and the traffic has not come you will be fined! Also regardless of how many hours they will make to come as it happened to me the traffic was done at 3:35 the traffic came 4:07 and their road came 5:50 I had to drive the car with the crane first and then the ambulance would pick me up, as it did, and end my torment at 12.30 pm! And what is sad is this road is offered by a large insurance company AIG with expensive fares, and with a non-existent call center! If there was -5 stars I would put them! And I got into the process of making this criticism because they send me a message violating the right of ownership without giving them any jurisdiction to send me and ask me to criticize. And where I came in to show my dissatisfaction but as shown in the picture, they are probably just automated systems, where they do not want criticism or putting criticism on themselves because otherwise it is not explained! Congratulations again!

Μ	Μαριλένα Ιωάννου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάλεσα για οδική βοήθεια, που καλύπτεται από το συμβόλαιο ασφάλειας αυτοκινήτου που έχω μέσω της AIG και ζήτησα να έρθει γερανός να παραλάβει το αυτοκίνητο για να μεταφερθεί το όχημα σε κοντινό βουλκανιζατέρ (μιλάμε για ακτίνα 1 - 1,5 χλμ.) για την επισκευή ενός σκασμένου ελαστικού! Η απάντηση που έλαβα είναι ότι εφόσον έχει ρεζέρβα και έχει καταγραφεί αυτό στην κλήση, έρχονται για "άμεση αποκατάσταση" με αντικατάσταση του ελαστικού με τη ρεζέρβα..! Κύριοι, το πεδίο ενασχόλησης σας έχει να κάνει με εξυπηρέτηση, όχι με το να το παίζετε εξυπνάκιδες... από τη στιγμή που ο πελάτης σας, ζητάει κάτι συγκεκριμένο οφείλετε να το σεβαστείτε... στην τελική χρεώστε το επιπλέον! Ντροπή δλδ.! I called for roadside assistance, which is covered by my car insurance contract through AIG, and asked for a crane to pick up the car to transport the vehicle to a nearby vulcanizer (we are talking about a radius of 1 - 1.5 km) to repair a flat tire! The answer I received is that if it has a spare and this has been recorded in the call, they come for "immediate restoration" by replacing the tire with the spare ..! Gentlemen, your field of concern has to do with service, not with playing it smart ... from the moment your customer asks for something specific you have to respect it ... in the end charge extra! Shame dld.!
