★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ισως χρειαστει να ξοδεψετε παραπανω απο οτι περιμενετε, και σε λεφτα αλλα και σε χρονο(=κατι που δυστυχως δεν αναπληρωνεται) και σιγουρα σε νομικους συμβουλους για να βγαλετε ακρη μαζι τους. Αναμφισβητητα μη αξιοπιστη εταιρια, θα πληρωνα παραπανω αλλου για να εχω το κεφαλι μου ησυχο. Στερνη μου γνωση ας σε ειχα πρωτα! Υγ: για όσους βρεθούν σε ανάλογη κατάσταση, ο συνήγορος του πολίτη είναι ο μόνος τρόπος για να υπάρξει αντίκτυπο στην αξιολόγηση της εταιρίας, κ πάνω από όλα είναι δωρεάν.
You may need to spend more than you expect, both in money and time (= something that unfortunately is not being replenished) and certainly in legal advisers to get along with them. Undoubtedly an unreliable company, I would pay more elsewhere to keep my head calm. My stern knowledge let me have you first! PS: for those who find themselves in a similar situation, the ombudsman is the only way to have an impact on the evaluation of the company, and above all it is free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι τεράστια ντροπή είναι αυτή! Πόσο μετανιώνω που σας εμπιστεύτηκα! Ήμουν σταματημένη, έπεσε ένα άλλο αυτοκίνητο πάνω μου, έκανα όλες τις προβλεπόμενες διαδικασίες, το αυτοκίνητο φτιάχτηκε και τώρα από τα 1800€ που είχε εγκρίνει ο πραγματογνώμονας αποζημιώνετε 300€!!! Με ποιο δικαίωμα; Για μία ζημιά που δεν έφταιγα;;;;;; Πόσο γελοίοι είστε; Πρέπει να διορθώσετε άμεσα το τεράστιο λάθος σας.

I was stopped, another car fell on me, I did all the prescribed procedures, the car was repaired and now from the 1800 € that was approved by the expert you are compensating 300 € !!! By what right? For a damage that I was not to blame ?????? How ridiculous are you? You need to correct your huge mistake right away.
