★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the property about 7 times during the last 2 years of the pandemic. Many things were closed or not available and it was a very hard time for the staff holding things together.
Now slowly all is returning and we would just like to say, it was great to see all staff back again. They did a great job and are so friendly and helpful after these difficult times
Thanks to everyone for your great attitude. Of course special thanks to all at the club who we had the most contact with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgraded to the VIP package and felt like a princess. They really know how to treat their guests. With the VIP package you get access to the VIP club with complimentary breakfast, tea time, happy hour drinks and much more overlooking the acropolis on the terrace. Very clean rooms and hotel. I highly recommend staying here while in Athens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, quick check in, breakfast staff at Zoe is super good and breakfast selection is superior quality and wide variety. Rooms are clean and housekeeping does a fantastic job of cleaning each day. Taxis are easily available at door and it’s around 7 to 10 Euros to go to any tourist sites in Athens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel on walking distance from the great tourist attractions.
The rooms are more than comfortable and really large. The luxury bathroom gives you all the me-and-relax-time you need. For breakfast the choices were limitless. Overall: really recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a week at this hotel with my family and all in all enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and extremely clean thanks to the great housekeeping team. We had dinner at the bar to celebrate my birthday which was really nice- special thanks to George, who was the waiter there. He’s really an asset to the hotel. A lot of things were closed in the hotel I guess due to Covid but that is to be expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying here for 3 nights. It is conveniently located. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have no complaints except one that the swimming pool area is completely closed. The weather is beautiful and above 22 degrees. My daughter would love some time by the pool and we would have some food and drinks there but unfortunately it is a nice pool but it is locked up so we can only look at despite the weather. So we ended up eating somewhere else with outdoor space. Hope the hotel can review and revise the policy in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful rooms (even though all my colleagues got a room with a view and I didn't ?) Clean and spacious rooms.
Ok pressure in the shower - plus two shower heads (one fixed and one free)
Nice to have a minibar with space for own stuff.
Good breakfast in the morning and wonderful coffee bar. Thank you for the delicious frappe!
Conference locations very nice! Good lunch as well. Enjoyed the rooftop dinner with views of the acropolis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our staycation hotel four or five times a year.
We love staying here because the staff are so polite , helpful and accommodating. Also the beds are sublime, rooms spacious and chamber maids very kind.
My only complaint is that the advertised ‘substitute’ club lounge is in fact the lounge area around the entrance. To be fair it’s a pleasant environment but the snacks and canapés on offer - frozen French fries and minute open sandwiches- are a poor substitute compared to what used to be on offer here and compared to many other IC hotels that I have stayed in around the world.
Would I return here?
Yes I would, cos it’s a nice place to stay because of the staff.
Would I book club rooms again?
No, because the whole concept has been destroyed and I might add I don’t think that Covid is the reason.
