D	Dee Trav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand Hyatt Athens was one of the best stays I've had in a while. Service overall was consistently accommodating and the Suites were large and comfortable. The club kept food refreshed and had a good amount of drink options. The spa and indoor pool were nothing short of amazing. I look forward to returning again soon.

Breakfast is generous and the staff is very attentive and supportive. Sky bar on the roof - nice, panoramic view of the Acropolis as well but noisy (the hotel is located on a boulevard with heavy car traffic).

I have travelled to many 5 star hotels world wide and rightfully received 5 star service, however the staff here went above that. Yes there is renovation currently happening at the hotel, which is probably due to their excess demand caused by the above. Definitely recommend this hotel!
S	Stuart Warren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was good. However, there were a few problems. The rooftop pool being closed some days and open others was frustrating. The lack of spa facilities made the stay exceptionally uncomfortable. Spa was booked up for three days in advance and customers weren’t allowed to use the indoor pool during these times. Guests chose these hotels for their facilities and paying too prices for a hotel where you cannot use these facilities is frustrating. The constant drilling and building noises from 7am onwards reverberated through the room making a long lie impossible. The house keeping staff slamming the room doors when they were entering or exiting the room was a continual disturbance. The most appalling was the attitude of the American guests who thought it was appropriate to shout and scream at staff for not getting as much tequila in their free drink. We felt sorry for the barman who had to endure the barrage of threats, and comments without management intervening to support their worker. I doubt we would return to the hotel. Despite the highlights of staff service and food.
A	Austin Plummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My original review was 1 star due to the delay in check in. This was still unfortunate and we didn't get to check in until after 330 pm due to delays. The manager was very nice and did do his best to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel itself is fairly nice, many of the acropolis view rooms are poor in their view- for our room we had to stand in the balcony to see it. Pool closes at 630pm. Restaurant upstairs is hit or miss on food. Ultimately its a nice hotel for the price.

The hospitality shown by every single person (front desk, security, bartenders) was unlike anything I’ve experienced. I’ve never felt so welcomed and so taken care of. Our rooms were great, and the hotel is centrally-located. The view from the rooftop pool is breathtaking. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We were thrilled to receive an upgrade upon check-in and we loved our room (651). The Breakfast Buffet is HUGE and located on the top floor. This is also where the rooftop pool is. The Executive Lounge has a nice assortment of snacks and drinks and is open nearly all day. We had a great stay and what I will remember this hotel for more than anything is the great service.

The hotel has service to the Parthenon for Free, no extra charge. Concierge was helpful with tickets and restaurants best recommended. Peter from front desk was super helpful the whole trip, and we were super thankful for his service and his help. Breakfast on the rooftop with an amazing view and an amazing pool as well. I really enjoyed the stay, and the people. Will definitely come back.
