Μακριά!Το 1 αστέρι το έβαλα γιατί δεν υπάρχει 0 για να βάλω. I bought products that are defective, I was told that my money will be returned a month ago. I'm still waiting for them. Away! Ο courier ηταν ευγενεστατος, η συσκευασια πολύ προσεγμενη και το ευχαριστηριο σημειωμα μεσα στη συσκευασια μαζι με το μικρο δωρακι εκανε τη διαφορα! Πολλα συγχαρητηρια και παλι για την εξυπηρετηση και τη προσοχη που δινετε στον πελατη. I received my order yesterday and I would like to congratulate you for your impeccable service. Στο παράπονο μου με κάλεσε άμεσα μια κυρία -μάλλον η υπεύθυνη- η οποία επέμεινε να επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα χωρίς να επιστρέψω το εμπόρευμα. Να σημειωθεί πως η αλλαγή είδους συνοδευόταν με ιδιόχειρο σημείωμα που έλεγε πως προτίμησαν να στείλουν ότι είχαν σε απόθεμα πάρα να περιμένω. Τελικά διαπίστωσα ότι το εμπόρευμα ήταν η ποιότητα που ήθελα και λίγη σημασία είχε η αλλαγή χρώματος. Μπράβο λοιπόν τόσο για την ευγένεια να δώσουν εξήγηση πριν καν τους ζητηθεί για την άμεση προσφορά επιστροφής χρημάτων αλλά και για την καλή ποιότητα των προϊόντων. Θα τους προτιμήσω ξανά. A product other than what I requested was sent to me. In my complaint I was immediately called by a lady - probably the person in charge - who insisted on returning the money without returning the goods. Note that the item change was accompanied by a handwritten note stating that they preferred to send what they had in stock rather than wait. I finally realized that the product was the quality I wanted and the color change was of little importance. Well done for the kindness to give an explanation before they are even asked for the immediate refund offer but also for the good quality of the products. I will prefer them again.

Παρήγγειλα και 2η φορά και έχω πάθει πλάκα με την εξυπηρέτηση και με την ποιότητα. Επειδη βιαζόμουν να παραλάβω για να φύγω στο εξοχικό μου, ήρθαν οι άνθρωποι και μου τα παρέδωσαν την ίδια μέρα χωρίς επιπλέον κόστος. The first time I ordered sheets from this store, even though the price was very low, they are the only ones that have withstood the dryer and are still like new. I ordered for the 2nd time and I have had fun with the service and the quality. Because I was in a hurry to pick up to go to my cottage, people came and delivered them to me the same day at no extra cost.
