Unacceptable service, months over poor communication and at the end you didn't compensate because we followed your advice that actually made us brake the contract. As we trusted you we didn't check the fine letters and we end up paying from our pockets.
NEVER again, we had two contracts with you and I will make sure both will be stopped and I will advice everyone I know to use a descent company
