★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τυπικές ευγένειες όταν δεν τους χρειάζεσαι, είναι σούπερ! Αλλά τι να το κάνεις; Σε 2 περιπτώσεις πρόσφεραν κακή υπηρεσία, στα όρια του να με έχουν κάνει να πιστεύω βάσιμα ότι το έκαναν εκ του πονηρού. Σε ζημιά που μου προκλήθηκε 2.500 ευρώ, βρήκα μόνος μου μετά από καιρό ποιος με είχε τρακάρει, και η ασφαλίστρια ΜΟΥ, σε συνεργασία με την ασφαλιστική ΜΟΥ, ενώ η ασφαλιστική από απέναντι είχαν αναγνωρίσει τη ζημιά, μου δημιουργούσαν πρόβλημα, γιατί δεν με πίστευαν (μάλλον, γιατί ακόμα δεν είμαι σίγουρος τι πρόβλημα είχαν). Η δε ασφαλίστρια ΜΟΥ, παράκουσε σαφέστατες οδηγίες μου προς εκείνη σε αρκετές περιπτώσεις, μιλώντας δεξιά κι αριστερά, και δημιουργώντας πρόβλημα εκεί που δεν υπήρχε, υπερασπιζόταν δε την ασφαλιστική εταιρεία, αντί να υπερασπιστεί τον πελάτη ΤΗΣ.
Για μένα τελικά τέλος καλό όλα καλά, παρά τον χρόνο, τον κόπο και τα χρήματα που μου κόστισε.
Όσο για την ΚΑΤΣΑΝΑΣ ΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΤΙΚΕΣ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ, έχασε από αυτά τα γεγονότα 5 ασφαλιστήρια συμβόλαια της οικογένειας μου, αλλά αυτό είναι το μικρότερο της πρόβλημα.
Θα ακολουθήσουν και άλλα και ίσως τότε αλλάξει στάση και συμπεριφορά.

From standard courtesy when you do not need them, they are great! But what to do? In 2 cases they offered bad service, on the verge of making me rightly believe that they did it out of malice. In a damage caused to me by 2,500 euros, I found myself after a while who had crashed me, and MY insurer, in collaboration with MY insurance, while the insurance company on the other side had recognized the damage, they were causing me trouble, because they did not believe me ( rather, because I'm still not sure what problem they had). MY insurer disobeyed my very clear instructions to her on several occasions, speaking left and right, and creating a problem where it did not exist, defending the insurance company, instead of defending HER client.
For me, in the end, all is well, despite the time, effort and money it cost me.
As for KATSANAS INSURANCE SERVICES, it lost 5 insurance contracts of my family from these events, but this is its smallest problem.
More will follow and maybe then attitude and behavior will change.
