★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψάχναμε για πτυσσόμενη σκάλα οροφής αλλά δεν είχε στις διαστάσεις που θέλαμε. Απόλυτα κατανοητό. Ρωτήσαμε λοιπόν να μας δώσουν το τηλ. του τεχνίτη που συνεργάζονταν για να μας βάλουν τη σκάλα που βρήκαμε με τις επιθυμητές διαστάσεις, επι πληρωμή εννοείται και η απάντηση ήταν αρνητική! Συνεπώς αν δεν ψωνίσεις από αυτούς, δεν υπάρχει κανένας λόγος να σε βοηθήσουν και να σου προτείνουν εναλλακτικές. Απόλυτα αντιεπαγγελματικό.
We were looking for a collapsible ceiling staircase but it didn't have the dimensions we wanted. Absolutely understandable. So we asked to give us the telegram of the craftsman who was working to put us on the ladder we found with the desired dimensions, paid and of course the answer was no! So if you don't shop from them, there is no reason to help you and suggest alternatives. Absolutely unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Ουσιαστικά ζητάνε εξόφληση πριν τη παράδοση και στο τέλος τους παρακαλάς. Παραγγείλαμε σκάλα, απαιτησαν εξόφληση κ την παρέδωσαν ελαττωματική 5 μηνεσ Μετα. Η ποιότητα ειναι της πλάκας. Οι ίδιοι δεν μπορούν να ανταποκριθούν σε service. Απαράδεκτοι γενικά.
Unacceptable! They are essentially demanding payment before delivery and at the end please. We ordered a ladder, demanded repayment and delivered a defective 5 months Post. The quality is on the plate. Themselves cannot respond to service. Generally unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν απο δεκατρία χρόνια έβαλα τη σκάλα , τις πόρτες , τα κουφώματα και το πάτωμα του σπιτιού μου απο την εταιρεία αυτή. Εξακολουθούν να είναι υπέροχα και να κερδίζουν τις εντυπώσεις! Είμαι απολύτως ικανοποιημένη και τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα !
Thirteen years ago I put the ladder, the doors, the window frames and the floor of my home from this company. They are still wonderful and win the impression! I am absolutely satisfied and I highly recommend them!
