Η κα Έλλη στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα, με απάντηση μέσω mail, γιατί με το τηλέφωνο η επικοινωνία είναι δύσκολη. Πρόσβαση πανεύκολη, παρκάρετε απέξω. In two days, the TV was repaired. Ms. Elli responded immediately to customer service, with an answer via mail, because communication by phone is difficult. Easy access, park outside.
g	gkouvas tassos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΠΛηρώσαμε 800€ και εναν μήνα και λίγες μέρες μετά δεν έχουμε τίποτα στα χέρια μας ακόμα, σε γραφείο διαχείρισης πολακατοικιών, όπου οι εκτυπώσεις είναι το Α και το Ω. Απαράδεκτοι, αντιεπαγγελματίες! Έφτασε στην κέρκυρα μετά από σχεδόν 2 εβδομάδες, ακατάλληλα συσκευασμενος - σπασμένος και γεμάτος όλος ο εκτυπωτής από σκόνες του toner που είχε ανοίξει. Επιστράφηκε με δέσμευση να έρθει καινούριος μέσα σε 4-5 το πολύ μέρες - το σημειώνω καινούριος και όχι ο ίδιος επισκευασμένος (αγχώνομαι για το τι θα δουν τα μάτια μας απο αυτούς τους τύπους) ... πέρασαν πανω απο 14 μέρες ακόμα, και σήμερα μας είπαν ότι ίσως άυριο τον στείλουν! ΙΣΩΣ!!!! θράσος που δεν έχει όρια! ΜΑΚΡΙΑ εκτός αν θέλετε να πληρώσετε για έναν εκτυπωτή που δεν θα πάρετε ποτέ στα χέρια σας! We paid € 800 and a month and a few days later we still have nothing in our hands, in an apartment management office, where the prints are A and Z. Unacceptable, unprofessional! Arrived in Corfu after almost 2 weeks, improperly packaged - broken and full of all the toner powder printer that had been opened. It was returned with a commitment to come new within 4-5 days at most - I note it as new and not the same repaired (I am worried about what our eyes will see from these guys) ... more than 14 days have passed, and today they told us that maybe they will send him tomorrow! MAYBE!!!! audacity that has no limits! AWAY unless you want to pay for a printer you will never get your hands on!

Τι να την κάνω την Ferrari αν δεν μπορώ να την επισκευάσω όταν παρουσιάσει πρόβλημα. Έτσι λοιπόν χτίζεται μια σχέση εμπιστοσύνης Brand name και αγοράς. Η Panasonic έχει κατορθώσει να είναι συνώνυμο του σταθερού ασύρματου τηλεφώνου (π.χ.black & decker κανείς δε λέει τρυπάνι). Η δική μου εμπειρία και τις 2 φορές, ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο τεχνικός κος Γιακουμάκης Αντώνης με έκανε να νιώθω τόσο ασφαλής με το όνομα Panasonic που το συγκεκριμένο Brand είναι πρώτο στις επιλογές των αγορών μου. Μπράβο!!! What determines the value of a product is the after sales service. This is what makes you feel safe about your choice. What can I do with Ferrari if I can't repair it when it has a problem? So a relationship of trust Brand name and market is built. Panasonic has managed to be synonymous with the landline wireless phone (eg black & decker no one says drill). My own experience, both times, was great. Technician Mr. Giakoumakis Antonis made me feel so safe with the name Panasonic that this particular Brand is first in my shopping choices. Well done!!!
