First of all they asked me to pay for cash at the airport because they had given me accidentally a smaller price on the car. I saw beyond that and said fine when going to the airport. The car that was expecting me was a 10 year old car that was clearly unsafe. I complained to them numerous times to ask for a change but what they did was they just came and collected the car after I had send them an email complaining that I place them responsible for any crash that we are involved in. I would avoid them like the Ebola!

They promised us a car in excellent conditions and new and they delivered us one with more than 130.000 km and full of scratches and knocks all around. They insisted that it was a new car. Imagine what they consider old cars. When the time came to return it, they charged us for a knock which we didn’t do. He insisted that the specific knock was not marked (we had to spend an hour checking every single scratch and knock marked on the rental contract) and asked me why I didn’t take photos of the car the first day. He was also very rude, would not even let me speak. We will not rent from them again. It did not result cheaper than other rentals finally. I wander how come they have so many good reviews on google.
