A unusual place for a big rent car company

I rented a car twice from the branch of Agia Paraskevi. Great service. In 10 minutes I was ready to go. Fotis is very polite and eager to assist. Highly recommended.

Save yourself and your business and never lease a car from HERTZ ! The worst service and a total chaos from start to finish with rude workers and 0 experience! Lease a car from any other company it is a total different experience! I have 4 lease car and when I changed company i felt like moving to a 5 star hotel!

First of all the address of the car rental is wrong in the GPS, which resulted in me parking my car in a place where there were not so many options (lost time), then look for Hertz (lost time again), then had to call them and check the correct address and do the same procedure again. Secondly although the car was clean except for the drivers mat, there was a "sticker" (leftover stamp from papers that have been washed with the car) in the bottom of the windscreen on the side of the driver which except for annoying was also quite dangerous. The hertz representative didn't do anything before me asking to clean it up. I assume it would be fine to drive the car like this?? Thirdly I called the office to double check on the closing time and another hertz representative said at 8.30pm although it is stated at 9pm online. I understand a small time window should be left free for checking the car and make final payments. In any case, the personnel waited for me to arrive at 8.45pm. In addition, I rented the car for one day so I had to pay for the additional mileage which I knew. However, what is frustrating is to rent a car from Hertz from two different locations and to receive different service. In Thessaloniki I paid additional mileage only up to the amount of an additional rental day. Furthermore, I did not receive the car full in fuel and I mentioned this to the representative already when we were initially checking the car. I paid additionally for the missing fuel as of course I couldn't just calculate how much was missing in the beginning. I mentioned this at the end, but this was just taken into account (but not in the final price/additional miles that I had to pay!). I expect the service from Hertz to be consistent and high level, hence I do pay the surplus in price. This was not the case this time although on the positive side the two representatives were very kind.

I am renting cars from the Agia Paraskeui branch that past 10 years and I had great experience. Good availability, nice upgrades, great and quick service, prices with no hidden costs. Definitely recommended.
