I	Ioannis Valteros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι οδηγοί είναι γενικά ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Τα λεωφορεία όμως είναι σε κακό χάλι. Παλιάς τεχνολογίας, βρώμικες και φθαρμένες θέσεις, πλαστικά υποπόδια σπασμένα ή να τρίζουν, χωρίς Wi-Fi. Οι οδηγοί έχουν το κάκιστο συνήθειο να κλείνουν το air-condition στη στάση που γίνεται στο Αίγιο, αλλά να μην το ξανανοίγουν, ούτε στο "πήγαινε" ούτε στο "έλα", με αποτέλεσμα το λεωφορείο να γίνεται φούρνος. Πρέπει να αλλάξουν πολλά. Ισως ένα αυστηρό καθεστώς ιδιωτικοποίησης διορθώσει όλα τα κακώς κείμενα. Guides are generally polite and helpful. But the buses are in bad shape. Old technology, dirty and worn places, plastic feet broken or creaking, no Wi-Fi. Drivers have a bad habit of closing the air-condition at the stop in Aigio, but not reopening it, neither in the "go" nor in the "come", with the result that the bus becomes an oven. A lot needs to change. Maybe a strict privatization regime will correct all the wrong texts.
M	Maple Sapling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευχομαι να μην τυχει κατι και πρεπει να τους παρετε τηλέφωνο. Γιατι θα πρεπει να πατε μεχρι τα Ιωαννινα απ'οτι φαινεται για να επικοινωνήσετε. I hope nothing happens and you have to call them. Because you have to go as far as Ioannina from what seems to be to communicate.
G	Georgios Meintanis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι οδηγοί των λεωφορείων σε γενικές γραμμές είναι συχνά εξυπηρετικοι αλλά όχι πάντα. Όσον αφορά δε την εξυπηρέτηση εκδοτηριων και εμπορευμάτων είναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτη. Δεν απαντούν ποτέ μα ποτέ στα τηλέφωνα για πληροφορίες και συχνά αναγκαζομαστε να επικοινωνούμε με το ΚΤΕΛ στα Ιωάννινα για ότι χρειαζόμαστε. Δεν υπάρχει δικαιολογία λόγω covid που δουλεύει ένας υπάλληλος έτσι ήταν και πριν. Αυτά είναι τα δυσάρεστα του μονοπωλίου. Τέλος η πληρότητα των τελευταίων μηνών είναι στο όριο. Ο κόσμος πρέπει να εξυπηρετειται και δεν φταίει σε τίποτα. Bus drivers are generally helpful but not always helpful. As for the service of publishing houses and goods, it is indulgently unacceptable. They never answer the phones for information and we are often forced to contact the KTEL in Ioannina for whatever we need. There is no excuse for covid that an employee works like it was before. These are the unpleasant things about monopoly. Finally, the fullness of the last months is at the limit. People need to be served and there is nothing wrong with that.
Β	Βασίλης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή λειτουργία υπό συνθήκες καθεστώτων παλιών αλλά πλέον ηλεκτρονική κράτηση εισιτηρίων, ακρίβεια στα δρομολόγια και ανανεωμένος στόλος λεωφορείων...!!! Good operation under conditions of old regimes but now electronic ticket reservation, accuracy in itineraries and a renewed bus fleet ... !!!
V	Valeria Boutsioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Κλείσαμε φοιτητικά εισητηρια και όχι την έκπτωση στο 50% αλλά με το 25%. Ο αδερφός μου είναι πρωτοετής αλλά επειδή έκανε αναστολή δεν έχει πάσο και τώρα έκανε αίτηση για πάσο. Πήγε λοιπόν με βεβαιωση σπουδών και του λένε θέλουμε πάσο επειδή δεν είσαι πρωτοετής. Και προσπαθουσαμε να εξηγήσουμε ότι βεβαίωση σπουδών δεν παίρνουν μόνο οι πρωτοετείς αλλά και οι υπόλοιποι και ότι με τοη βεβαίωση σπουδών δείχνει ότι είναι φοιτητής. Άλλωστε δεν ήθελε να δείξει ότι είναι απ τα Γιάννενα για μεγαλύτερη έκπτωση. Ευτυχώς δέχτηκαν την αίτηση για πάσο αλλά όταν δεν έχεις τις γνώσεις να ξεχωρίζεις κάποια πράγματα δεν μπορείς να στερείς σε κάποιον να ταξιδέψει που μάλιστα έχει κλείσει το σωστό εισητηριο και σου δίνει τα στοιχεία για να το αποδείξει. Μας ειρωνευτηκε κιόλας που είπαμε ότι στα κτελ τρικάλων και στα τραίνα δεν έχουν πρόβλημα και μας λέει δεν με νοιάζει τι κάνουν αλλού... Αξεστος ο '' υπεύθυνος ''... Unacceptable. We booked student tickets and not the 50% discount but the 25%. My brother is a freshman but because he was suspended he does not have a fold and now he has applied for a fold.
