★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είναι συνθήκες πρακτορείων ΚΤΕΛ. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει online αγορά εισιτηρίου όπως υπάρχει αλλού σε έναν τόσο μεγάλο τουριστικό προορισμό.
 These are not conditions of KTEL agencies. There is also no online ticket market as elsewhere in such a large tourist destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κτελ κηφισου. Ο,τι χειροτερο εχει παραμεινει για την μαζικη εξυπηρετηση των περιοχων ιονιου, δυτικης ελλαδος και πελοποννησου. Μετα απο 27 χρονια λειτουργιας παραμενει στο ιδιο χαλι. Βρωμια παντου, σκυλια που κινδυνευεις να σε φανε και ανοργανωσια. Κριμα, μετα απο τοσα χρηματα που εχουν παρει οι ιδιοκτητες λεωφορειων. Ανακαινιση τωρα για να μην φαινομαστε τριτοκοσμικη χωρα.
Calf Calf. The worst has remained for the mass service of the Ionian, West and Peloponnese regions. After 27 years of operation it remains in the same carpet. Dirt everywhere, dogs that you risk seeing and unconfirmed. Crimea, after all the money that the owners of the buses have had. Refurbish now so you do not call a third-country country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα γραφειο-εκδοτηριο,ευγενικό προσωπικό αλλά αναμονή δεκαετίας 80.Δυο τρεις καρέκλες εξωτερικού χώρου με όλες τις κλιματικές αλλαγές για όσους προλάβουν.Δεν είναι ανάλογο της εποχής και των κομίστρων!!
An office-bookstore, polite staff but waiting for the 80's. Two three outdoor chairs with all climate change for them to prevent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύσκολο να βρεις το σημείο, που μπορείς να παραλάβεις δέματα από την Ζάκυνθο. Πρέπει να τηλεφωνήσει κανείς στα ΚΤΕΛ για να ρωτήσει την ακριβή διεύθυνση για την αποθήκη των δεμάτων. Φαντάσου έβαλα την διεύθυνση στο Google map και πάλι δυσκολεύτηκα.
It is difficult to find the place where you can pick up parcels from Zakynthos. One must call the KTEL to ask the exact address for the parcel warehouse. Imagine I put the address on Google map and again I had a hard time.

Οικονομικές τιμές και ευκολία στην πρόσβαση.Το γραφείο θα ήθελε μια ανανέωση ως προς την διακόσμηση . Επίσης ο χώρος αναμονής των επιβατών θα πρέπει να ανανεωθεί με κάποιες προσθήκες νέων καθισμάτων και το δάπεδο να ντυθεί όπως έχουν κάνει αλλά πρακτορεία στον σταθμό
Kindness and a smile in the service.
Cheap prices and ease of access. The office would like a refresh in terms of decoration. Also the passenger waiting area should be renewed with some additions of new seats and the floor should be dressed as they have done but agencies at the station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were travelling with this company from Athens to Zakynthos. First we were little bit scared because the web pages was not good. So we decided look at the bus station one Day before departure. There was very nice guy who gave us really good information about bus and travel and then we were not scared. In Day of departure we came half hour before and everything was good, modern bus, good people, travel too.
Greece was awesome!!
