Very nice place concidering the Greek 2 star rating. Pool is very nice and clean. Kind and friendly staff. Close to the beach and city centre where you will find lots of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.

Do not book this hotel!!! There is no water in the pool, restaurant is closed, building is old and outdated. Worst hotel ever. August 2021

Breakfast limited but otherwise clean, staff friendly, safety deposit box 25euros for the week and a very pleasent place to stay. One other thing to note, transfer coaches drop you 100m away as roads too narrow for the coaches to stop directly outside. Not checked out the wi-fi as yet

Good size rooms, balconies. Make sure you ask for a room with AC just to avoid getting extra charged. Receptionists been nice and ready to help. Great place for decent prices

No air conditioning in the room. We arrived very late and there was no one to check us in or show us where to go. Room also looked nothing like the website and was very poor. The reception wasn’t great and they charged for the use of a fan. I would not recommend to go to this hotel and I will not be returning.

I will never go back to this place. The owner and one of her employees were the rudest people I have ever met. They did not change our sheets for 10 DAYS. They changed €40.00 for 2 fans which was none refundable. My daughter and grandson have had open heart surgery and need to sleep in a well ventilated room so we had no choice but to hire the fans that were so dirty they had no effect. The dinner was cold every day. No drinks served at dinner. The water machine was dispensing warm water. We had to beg for ice. They charge €10.50 if you dirty a towel by using it. We ended up having a massive disagreement in the reception area where the cleaner laid the towels on the floor in front of guests. The Owner and her receptionist shouting at us so unprofessional. The beds were so uncomfortable we had to fix the slats by ourself. The electric was cutting out, the shower were full of mould on the tiles. The back doors did not lock, the flat above one of our apartments was leaking water into our room. We had to clean up the mess. There are no kettles, toaster, in any of the apartments. We had a baby and had to boil water on the dated very slow 2 plate cooker. My son got a shock from the cooker while placing a pan on to boil the water. The chair on the balcony was broken my partner fell off. There were no fire exit instructions in the ground floor apartments advising of the evacuation plan, the ones in the upstairs apartments were all in Greek. Further more the upstairs apartments that had air con only cooled one room. To get the effect from the air con the door between the rooms had to be closed meaning only one room was cooled. When we requested to change apartments as we were a large party we had 4 apartments and only 2 had air con. we were advised by the owner that it was “my problem not theirs” that if we were unhappy to take this up with the booking agent. I could go on but it’s pointless this was one of the worst holidays we have ever had. It cost thousands and it was terrible. I have given one star and truthfully they do not deserve any at all. For self catering apartments it was horrible, we had half board and this was bad. The bathrooms flooded when you shower. The toilet smell basically this is a no go place. We spent 10 days there as we were a party of 15 we had no choice. There were rude exchanges in the dinning room between staff and guests as the food would run out and there would be empty trays on the on tables. All I can say is good luck to those who take a chance to spend their hard earned money at the horrible place.

After reading various reviews about this place, I decided to write my own. Yes this place cries for renovation as the furniture and rooms in general looks like it has not been any investments in decade. Everything looks really old. For example, the TV set is an CRT model, probably 15-20 years old. However this didn’t bother me at all, because everything works, rooms looks clean and who watches TV these days anyway, especially when you are on vacation. I don’t remember reading anything about the food in previews reviews. Food is amazing, it’s served in buffet style and i especially loved dinner. Big plus here. The staff is helpful but has this weird piss off look. I didn't care, i don't need fake smiles and they helped me with all my questions and needs. Plus for staff, but minus for the fact that reception is not open 24h, and if you plan to check in here, don't do it before 9 am local time as you will find the reception door locked. The swimming pool looks and feels clean. I didn't use the pool bar but all in all the pool area looks ok. Wi-fi is slow and signals are week but this is common to Greece. Although towels are changed regularly, my biggest complain about this place is that i had the same bed sheets for 8 days. This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be addressed asap. Adding too my frustration, they didn't trow my garbage for last 3 days so i had to do it myself. Huge minus here.

Wasn't impressed, had a room where we had no air conditioning and where told to pay €20 a night to borrow a fan. Bath room leaked when ever someone used the shower and the door to the bedroom wasn't fitted on correctly so the door wouldn't shut. Staff didn't replace bed sheets and empty bins everyday, only 2 days a week.
