★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to spent you family vacation here. Best landlady I've met. She wants to solve every problem and help you in any way possible. Near to the town center with shops hundred meters away. Private parking in the yard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is a few minutes walk from the beach. Very welcoming owners try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In the immediate vicinity (2-3 minutes walk) there are places with very good food and a very nice atmosphere. I recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kika and Antonis are very nice, kind and friendly persons. We were staying for 8 nights and had a wonderful stay at their villa.
The place is clean and the staff is always on demand if anything additional is needed for the guests. Private parking place is also available. The house is near the old square and very close (on walking distance) to the city beach. There is a market right next to the house as well as bakery, shops etc.. Perfect value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've stayed here in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, does this say something? Would be hard to write a short review because we love this place and this town so much! The villa itself is a nice, clean, cozy place with very welcoming owners that are almost like our family. It's in a perfect silent location while still very close to multiple mini markets and cafes. We love Pefkochori a lot too, it's a nice town with lovely old square, and it's also very easy to reach so many wonderful beaches from here if you have a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for just 3 days, but the atmosphere was so friendly and the owners were so kind, it was felt the minute we walked in.
Everything is clean, the balconies are so comfortable, there is everything that a family needs for a relaxed vacation, and if anything anyone misses, the owners are available 24/7 and at your service for every need.
We are going back there for sure.
I sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants a memorable vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! Clean and nice rooms for renting! You will receive great service for money you pay! Private parking spot available!
All in all I will come next year definitely here to stay because the hosts are very pleasant and nice to their guests, rooms are nice and all what you need (small kitchen with all necessary items, great bad for sleeping, TV, air conditioning, bathroom,...).
