★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and relatively fast international travel. Friendly customer support in the office, I only wish they spoke english in the bus as well while traveling instead of only bulgarian since there are people from many countries travelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Athens to Sofia. Ok...basic but clean bus. No toilet but stopped enough times not an issue. AC on most of the time. No English but not an issue. Maybe luck if U have a good/trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is unacceptable. The drivers only speak english when they want to, otherways they tell you to speak in italian (this happening in an intenational ride from Greece to Bulgaria). The bus is half empty and they do not want to turn on the AC in a 12h ride!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18.07.2019 Athens to Sofia...it seems these people don't know the concept of Customer Care. AC on the bus runs like a snail and the driver asks us if we had AC on the beach as a response to our demand for AC.
1 star also for not speaking an international language...bulgarian and italian are not as i remember. For a charter company in Greece i think it is essentialy to speak english.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never traveled with such a bad travel company. I strongly do not recommend it. The Assistant yelled at us and said "If you didn't like the fare, get off the bus" . A very bad and rude employee. I'm really sorry to chose this company. We were both ripped off as wages and mistreated. We boarded a bus across the border from Bulgaria to Greece and paid 53 euros per person. It's a fact that he screwed us. I warn everyone who will travel with this company, I can say think 3times and be carefully!!!
