Everybody has an opinion but to be cruel for some reason is not polite at all. Mrs Sotiria (the administator) and her collaborators are very polite indeed and helpfull.

K	Kostas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally....not for families with children. Firstly, do not believe everything that is presented on the internet site and what the owner says on the phone. The rooms have nothing to do with the ones shown on the site - they are small, with a tiny bathroom and for sure not suitable for a 4 persons family. The beach is not 500 metres away but more than 1 kilometer away or even more if you want to go to the sandy part of the beach. When our baby was crying we were asked by the owner to make him quite because he was disturbing during the siesta hours but when there was a party until 1:00 at the night there were no complaints from the owner. If you need the air condition to work you have to ask the owner as the remote control is not available in the room. Additionally, you will be controlled when you can use it. Finally, during our 10 days stay there, the room was cleaned and the towels and sheets changed only twice (with a temperature reaching the 40 degress celcius). The only positive thing is the large garden.
i	ivaylo radev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible ! Very far away from the beach. Borders olive tree gardens. Very unclean. The terraces are larger than the rooms! The bathroom is 1.5 sq.m. In the so-called bedroom the wardrobe has the size of a shoe cabinet. The only positive is the big yard. The furniture is old and worn out. The owners are unfriendly, we were travelling with 2 small children who got sick and we notified the owners we had to leave a day earlier and they required us to pay the entire price for the night we did not use, without having such an agreement in advance. We were threatened with the police, but they did not arrive. It is no accident that this place is not advertised on Booking or was removed due to the multiple negative reviews.
C	Cristina Rusu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is green and peaceful, totally fit for a summer holiday. In the garden they have comfortable armchairs and tables, as well as playground toys, so if you are coming with children, the entire family will be happy. We have had an apartment and we could have a coffee in the balcony and admire both the seaside and the mountain. Both apartments and studios (we have stayed in a studio a few years ago) have IKEA furniture and a well equipped kitchen. Everything is very clean and tidy. The owners are very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We highly recommend the place.
