g	g s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 μήνες προσπαθούσα να κλείσω ραντεβού τηλεφωνικά.τίποτα δεν το σηκώνουν.έστειλα email μήπως καταφέρω κάτι ,τίποτα! σήμερα εδέησε ο θεός και το σήκωσαν το τηλεφωνώ επιτελούς! αλληλούια ! For 3 months I was trying to make an appointment by phone. Nothing is picked up. I sent an email maybe I can do something, nothing! today the god begged and they picked it up I finally call! alleluia!
G	GIWRGOS TZOVARAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη δημόσια υπηρεσία που υπάρχει. Ότι κ να πω είναι λίγο. Επικοινωνία μηδέν. Ο προϊστάμενος άφαντος. Χίλιες φορές να τα πάρουν ιδιώτες. The worst public service there is. Whatever I have to say is a little. Zero communication. The boss is speechless. A thousand times to be taken by individuals.
g	gs gs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ μετά από 4 μήνες που δεν σήκωναν το τηλεφωνώ έκλεισα ραντεβού! έκανα την αίτηση περάσαν 2 μήνες περίπου, πήγα να πάρω τα έγγραφα με το χαρτί που μου έδωσαν και δεν τα είχαν φτιάξει...ποσά χαμένα μεροκάματα σε αυτές τις υπηρεσίες ...όλα ψηφιακά ηλεκτρονικό το παράβολο να ησυχάσουμε κάποτε έλεος!!! after 4 months of not picking up the phone I made an appointment! I made the application, about 2 months passed, I went to get the documents with the paper that they gave me and they had not made them ... amounts of lost daily allowances in these services ... all digitally electronic, the payment to calm down one day at mercy !!!
j	john marnic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλέφωνο αρκετές φορές αλλά δεν το σήκωσε ποτέ κανένας...για αυτό δοκίμασα να επικοινωνήσω με το Εθνικό Κτηματολόγιο μήπως μάθω κάτι...Και όντως μου είπαν για τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με το Κτηματολόγιο των Αχαρνών να προτιμώ ώρες μετά τις 14.00 ή αν θέλω να πάω κατευθείαν στην υπηρεσία χωρίς ραντεβού για να διεκπεραιώσω τις όποιες υποθέσεις μου.Μόλις πάω και απο την υπηρεσία θα ξανά ενημερώσω... I called several times but no one ever picked it up ... so I tried to contact the National Land Registry to find out if I knew anything ... And they actually told me to call the Land Registry of Acharnes to prefer hours after 14.00 or if I want to I go straight to the service without an appointment to process any of my cases. As soon as I leave the service I will inform again ...
Ν	ΝΙΚΟΛΕΤΑ ΦΙΛΙΠΠΑΙΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προς έκπληξή μου, απάντησαν αμέσως στο τηλέφωνο και όταν πήγα εξυπηρετήθηκα άμεσα, με το προσωπικό να είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό To my surprise, they answered the phone immediately and when I went I was served immediately, with the staff being very helpful
G	Giorgos Papastamatiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πέραν του ότι μια δημόσια υπηρεσία, δήθεν η πρώτη που ψηφιοποιηθηκε από τα τέλη της δεκαετίας 90,... συνεχίζει να ζει στην δεκαετία αυτή (με ότι σημαίνει σε καθυστέρηση κλπ κλπ), το πλέον εντυπωσιακό για μια υπηρεσία που ΔΕΝ ΠΡΟΣΘΈΤΕΙ ΤΊΠΟΤΕ στον πολίτη (μια εγγραφη σε ένα σύστημα κάνει) σε χρεώνει για μια φωτοτυπία αποσπάσματος 12 ευρώ (ίσως λόγω κόστους συντηρησης μηχανημάτων που έχει...) και σε στέλνει για χαρτόσημο στον φούρνο!!. Bloody genius!! Apart from the fact that a public service, supposedly the first to be digitized since the late 90's, ... continues to live in this decade (with what it means in delay etc etc), the most impressive for a service that NEVER adds anything to the citizen (a registration in a system does) charges you for a photocopy of a quote 12 euros (maybe due to maintenance costs of machines it has ...) and sends you for a stamp in the oven !!. Bloody genius !!

Although the bureaucratic procedures provided are extremely time consuming, the employees do their best to serve the public as quickly as possible.

Πληρώσαμε γύρω στα 50 ευρώ βέβαια αλλά δούλεψαν. Δεν το πιστεύω. Με αναδρομο Ερμή αδερφές μου,με αναδρομο Ερμή. We went again today to ask for the same thing as the previous time, to another employee and we were served. We paid around 50 euros of course but they worked. Do not believe.
