★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Λυπάμαι και για το 1 αστέρι που έβαλα καθώς δεν μπορούσα να βάλω λιγοτερο. Για να κάνω αίτηση για πιστοποιητικό ιδιοκτησίας, έπρεπε να παραστώ ο ίδιος ( από επαρχία είμαι) καθώς απαιτείτο να πληρωθούν 20€ προκαταβολικά και δεν είχαν τρόπο να τους κάνω κατάθεση. Δεν συζητώ βέβαια ότι στο ταμείο δεχόντουσαν μόνο μετρητά και όχι κάρτα. Και η πανδημία να μην υπήρχε είναι απαράδεκτο εν έτει 2021 να υποχρεωνουν τον πολίτη σε τέτοια ταλαιπωρία.
Unacceptable. I'm sorry for the 1 star I put in as I could not put less. To apply for a certificate of ownership, I had to attend myself (I am from the province) as they were required to pay € 20 in advance and they had no way to deposit them. Of course, I do not discuss the fact that they only accepted cash at the checkout and not a card. And if the pandemic did not exist, it is unacceptable in the year 2021 to force the citizen to such suffering.

Πιο πατο δεν παει....
Υπαρχει και κατι που λεγεται ιντερνετ σε περιπτωση που δεν το εχετε παρει χαμπαρι.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπορεί να είναι και το χειρότερο Υποθηκοφυλακείο/Κτηματολογικό Γραφείο της χώρας. Η κατάσταση είναι τρικοκοσμική από ουρές και αγένεια. Δεν εξυπηρετούν κανέναν και μιλάνε πάρα πολύ άσχημα. Δεν είχα ευτυχώς προσωπική εμπειρία αλλά σε ένα 3ωρο είδα τουλάχιστον 10 καυγάδες στους δύο ορόφους με καθαρή ευθύνη των υπαλλήλων. Γίνεται ο χαμός.
It can be the worst Mortgage Office / Cadastral Office in the country. The situation is three-world from queues and rudeness. They do not serve anyone and speak very badly. Fortunately I did not have personal experience but in 3 hours I saw at least 10 fights on the two floors with pure responsibility of the employees. It becomes doom.
