★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο. Προσπαθούμε τουλάχιστον 2 εβδομάδες να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί τους για ένα γνήσιο υπογραφής. Ντροπή και αίσχος!
They don't pick up the phone. We have been trying for at least 2 weeks to contact them for a genuine signature. Shame and disgrace!

They do not answer the phones. We need to communicate with them and they do not respond. Shame. If there is a problem in the call center let us make a notice when the person invites

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ελπίζω να βλέπει κάποιος αρμόδιος τα σχόλια! Όταν έρχεσαι σε επαφή μαζί τους, σου βγάζουν άρνηση και είναι αγενής. Επιτέλους κάποιος πρέπει να τις / τους εκπαιδεύσει / αξιολογήσει.
I hope someone in charge sees the comments! When you come in contact with them, they deny you and they are rude. Finally someone has to train / evaluate them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφωνώ για ραντεβού για γνήσιο υπογραφής Δευτέρα 15/02/2021 και μου λένε να μου κλείσουν ραντεβού για Παρασκευή 19/02/2021 αφού πρώτα με ρώτησαν αν έχω δοκιμάσει να το κάνω ηλεκτρονικά. Τους είπα ότι θα πάω να το κάνω στην αστυνομία και με απορία με ρώτησαν: Δεν θέλετε να το κλείσουμε για Παρασκευή; Ε, όχι, δε θέλω για δύο λεπτά υπόθεση να έρθω μετά από πέντε ημέρες. Κρίμα τους φόρους μας και τα δημοτικά τέλη. Και κρίμα που πρέπει να απασχολούμε την αστυνομία για πράγματα τόσο ασήμαντα.
I call for an appointment for a genuine signature on Monday 15/02/2021 and they tell me to make an appointment for Friday 19/02/2021 after they first asked me if I have tried to do it electronically. I told them I was going to do it to the police and they asked me with a question: Do you not want us to close it for Friday? Well, no, I do not want to come for two minutes after two days. Too bad our taxes and municipal fees. And it is a pity that we have to keep the police busy for such trivial things.

1,000,000 well done !!!! The employees at KEP Koropi are INCREDIBLY helpful. Also courtesy at max. This is the 3rd time I go and I am completely satisfied. Let's face it ....
