Μ	Μαρία Γαβαλα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περιμενα 15 λεπτά απ εξω.... Λεω κάποια στιγμή να περάσουμε;Πρέπει να σας θερμομετρησουμε πρώτα λέει μια κυρία... Μετά από 5 λεπτά ήρθανε. Περιμενα 10 λεπτά εξω σπο το μικροβιολογικο... Πουθενά κάνεις... Κάποια στιγμή ήρθε η μικροβιολογος με την καθαρίστρια μαζι... Θα μαε δώσετε 5 λεπτά από το χρόνο σας μου λέει η μικροβιολογος.... Περίμενα να σφουγγαρισειΕιχα 11 η ώρα ραντεβού. Μόνη μου σε ολο το διαγνωστικό περίμενα περίμενα... 11.30 με φωναξαν ...... ...τελικά.... I waited 15 minutes outside .... I say at some point to pass? Ε	Εύη Θεοδώρου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέπτομαι το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα αρκετό καιρό και συγκεκριμένα για το τμήμα του λέιζερ. Τα κορίτσια ευγενέστατα και πρόθυμα να σε εξυπηρετησουν. Δεν συμβαίνει όμως το ίδιο στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο! Μεγάλος χρόνος αναμονής, καμία εξυπηρέτηση και οι κοπέλες αγενέστατες. Επί 3 μέρες προσπαθούσα να κλείσω ραντεβού και κάθε φορά μου έλεγαν πως θα με καλέσουν πίσω χωρίς όμως αυτό να συνέβη. Μετά την τρίτη προσπάθεια και αφού έχω ενημερώσει για τις προηγούμενες δύο, κλείνω το ραντεβού. Δύο μέρες πριν και ενώ θα μεσολαβουσε Σ/Κ, φαντάζομαι η υπεύθυνη στο τμήμα αισθητικής, με ενημέρωσε πως θα μου αλλάξει την ώρα του χωρίς καμία ερώτηση. Αμέσως την ενημέρωσα για το τι ακριβώς έχει συμβεί και καθόλου δεν έδειξε να την ενδιαφέρει. Η καλή επικοινωνία και η ευγένεια είναι προνόμιο σε μια επιχείρηση. Είναι κρίμα να χαλάει η εικόνα της με τέτοιες συμπεριφορές! I have been visiting this store for quite some time and specifically for the laser department. The girls are very kind and willing to serve you. But the same does not happen in the call center! Long waiting time, no service and the girls are very rude. For 3 days I was trying to make an appointment and every time I was told that they would call me back but this did not happen. After the third attempt and after I have informed about the previous two, I close the appointment. Two days before and while S / K would mediate, I imagine the person in charge of the aesthetics department, informed me that he would change his time without any questions. I immediately informed her about what exactly happened and she did not seem interested at all. Good communication and courtesy are a privilege in a business. It is a pity that her image is spoiled by such behaviors!

T	Tonia Varvouni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα έκτακτο ραντεβού για ακτινογραφία ενώ άλλου έδιναν μια εβδομάδα αναμονή. Πήγα με δέχτηκαν αμέσως. Όλοι πολύ ευγενικοί κ εξυπηρετικοί κ πολύ γρήγοροι!!! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω I made an emergency appointment for an x-ray while another was given a week waiting. I went and they accepted me immediately. All very kind and helpful and very fast !!! I will definitely go again
e	elena blaxou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στο τμήμα αισθητικής και έκανα θεραπεία προσώπου με το διαμάντι ,και έπαθα μόλυνση , και χρειάστηκα αγωγή φαρμακευτική μετά από διάγνωση δερματολόγου και ακόμα δεν έχει φεύγει και ταλαιπωρούμε . I went to the cosmetics department and did facial treatment with the diamond, and I got an infection, and I needed medication after a dermatologist diagnosis and it still has not gone and we are suffering.
S	Stella Bitsika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα τέσσερα αστεράκια τα έβαλα μόνο για χάρη της κυρίας που με εξυπηρέτησε ( Μαρία Δ.) και αξίζει πολλά συγχαρητήρια και για την άμεση ανταπόκριση και για την υπομονή της, στο αίτημα που είχα, το οποίο έκαναν ένα μήνα να μου μεταφράσουν σωστά ένα χαρτί στα αγγλικά. Θα είχα βάλει ένα αν δεν ήταν εκείνη. Χρειάζεται να παίρνουν τα εύσημα τουλάχιστον αυτοί που το αξίζουν! I put the four stars only for the sake of the lady who served me (Maria D.) and deserves a lot of congratulations for her prompt response and patience to my request, which took a month to properly translate a paper into English. Έλεος όμως ρε παιδιά είναι δυνατόν για μια πληροφορία που θα σας κοστίσει μισό λεπτό να περιμένω πόση ώρα στη γραμμή;;;; ούτε το ΙΚΑ τέτοια κατάντια.. ?
