★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις παραλάβαμε ένα boiler από την εν λόγω εταιρεία... το οποίο φυσικά είναι μεγάλο και βαρύ. Κι η εταιρεία έκρινε σκόπιμο να στείλει ΕΝΑΝ άνθρωπο!! Έτυχε να είμαι κι εγώ σπίτι επειδή είχα ρεπό, αλλά αν δεν ήμουν το boiler θα έμενε στον δρόμο 4 ώρες!!! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!! Και το ότι δεν υπάρχει υπηρεσία να μας το ανεβάσει στην ταράτσα και παιδευτήκαμε επί ώρες με κίνδυνο τραυματισμού είναι απλά κάτι το φυσιολογικό ε;
We just got a boiler from that company ... which is of course big and heavy. And the company thought it expedient to send ONE man !! It happened to be home too because I had a day off, but if I was not the boiler would stay on the road for 4 hours !!! NOT AVAILABLE !!! And the fact that there is no service to raise it to the rooftop and train for hours with the risk of injury is just something normal?
