★ ★ ★ ★ ★ στα 3 χρονια εβγαλε προβλημα το boiler και οι αρμόδιοι το παίζουν αδιάφοροι και προκλητικοί. Μακρυά...
Σχετικά με την απάντηση της εταιρείας
θα πρεπει να ξαναψάξει τα αρχεία της διοτι περιέχουν ευτυχως και τις φωτογραφίες που εστειλα οι οποίες ξεκάθαρα δείχνουν το μισο τετραγωνικο καμμένο απο τον ηλιο αυτοκόλλητο με το χρώμα του μπόιλερ. Αυτές φαίνεται τις ξέχασε... Αρα η γεναία προσφορά της ξεκολάω το παλιό βάζω καινούργιο αυτοκόλλητο δεν ισχύει.
Η απάντησή της κάνει λόγο περι φθορας λόγω υπερβολικης εκθεσης στην ηλιακή ακτινοβολία!!! Μηπως εννοεί στις μεγάλες λιακάδες να σκεπάζω το μπόιλερ με κουβέρτα?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εάν με ρωτούσατε τι μάρκα ηλιακού θα επέλεγα, θα σας απαντούσα αυτό που έκανα ήδη. Αγόρασα έναν δεύτερο ηλιακό από άλλη εταιρία.
Εάν είστε τυχεροί και δε σας βγάλει προβλήματα ο ηλιακός, όλα καλά. Αν όμως «πέσετε» σε «κελεπούρι», «κλάφτα Χαράλαμπε». Η επικοινωνία με υπευθύνους εκεί μέσα είναι άκρως προβληματική, στα τηλέφωνα δε θα βγει κανένας να σας υποστηρίξει και το πιο πιθανό είναι να κλάψετε τα λεφτά σας αν δεν αλλάξετε στη χειρότερη τον ηλιακό σας.
Εάν συνεχίσουν με αυτόν τον τρόπο θα καταλήξουν σαν τον Φυρογένη.
If you were to ask me what brand of solar I would choose, I would answer what I already did. I bought a second solar panel from another company.
If you are lucky and the solar system does not cause you any problems, all is well. But if you "fall" into "kalepouri", "steal Charalambous". Communication with managers in there is extremely problematic, no one will come out to support you on the phones and most likely you will cry your money if you do not change your solar system for the worse.
