Irini and her husband are lovely people and could not be more friendly and helpful. I live in the UK and wanted some new gold so I messaged Irini and she sent them to me. I received them in 5 days and I am wearing them already. The gold is beautiful and the service was outstanding. I throroughly recommend this shop. If you are visiting Chania, you must visit IRA Jewellery in Platanias :-)

The lady that serviced my girlfriend explained the meaning of many different ornaments on jewelry showing high levels of knowledge about history and culture of Greece and Crete.At the same time she was not pushy at all. In the end we bought a beautiful ring from pure silver. Highly recommended !

If there is any special requirements, jewelry that needs repair / service, they will help you out for sure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman helping us here (Anna I think) was absolutely amazing and so kind! What I liked best about my experience here was the fact that it didn’t at all feel pushy, hard selling or a fake atmosphere - she was very genuine and wanted you to walk away happy, regardless of how much you spent. Also, I bought high value items and walked in in flip flops, casual clothes probably looking like I had just come from the beach - because I had! - and the staff did not brush you off thinking you can’t afford things and you’re just time wasting.
