★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, car was clean and new. Prize was better than "big" rentals, and they delivered the car straight to hotel. If I have to mention one small downside - I had to provide credit card - which I didn't have on me at the time, and I didn't notice this requirement during the rental process. This was resolved by purchasing additional insurance (not expensive in my case).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and value. Booked several weeks ahead and didn’t require deposit or credit card. Car was delivered on time, paperwork and payment quick and efficient. Car was clean and everything in it worked well. Similar good experience when returning the car. Highly recommend Kappa!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have prearranged everything online prior to holiday. I was given a confirmation number online that given me some assurance. When the day come a very polite gentleman turned up perfectly on time at our hotel. Brought the car and all the paperwork, every little details were perfect. He spoke good English, and explained everything very well. He handed over the car very professionally, he did leave me with no questions left. Very professional and good service. Car was perfect, fitted with aircon, modern car with no issues. Exceptionally good service at reasonable price, only can recommend this company. (Very polite staff, good service, good value, able to return car right at Chania Airport)-side note: when you return the car to Chania airport, there is a little office at the car wash, opposite where the Kappa sign posted little building is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lucky and manage to rent a car the same day when we called them, they left the car outside our hotel 20 min later. Talk about fast service! The guy from Kappa went around the car and showed us some small wear and tear dents and also took that in to the insurance paper. All in all very good service and very fast delivering of the car, payed total 78 euros and that includes insurance for the car and wheels in that price with no deposit for a Hyundai Matrix. I’ve been reading a lot of reviews and Kappa seems to be one of the best and I went with them because of that. With other car rental companies you need to deposit an amount of money and some tourists have had some trouble to get that deposit back. With Kappa you can just rent a car without any headache and they are very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and friendly staff. Booking cars via website is super easy. The cars Were clean, in good condition and well maintained. The Citroen C3 automatic is surprisingly spacious and comfortable for longer journeys - you don't need anything better than that for a family of 4 people - believe me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend Kappa highly enough. The hire process was completely hassle free from start to finish and they were great to deal with.
We also had an minor accident in the car and they were extremely helpful and understanding - immediately coming out to where we were and providing a replacement car. They are an excellent choice for car rental in Platanias and Chania area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a car with short notice, and made an online reservation. The staff called back and a convenient arrangement was made where they delivered the vehicle to our hotel.
The car was new and easy to drive, and the Kappa representatives were open and hassle free regarding the contract and insurance.
I recommend Kappa - they did everything right for a good customer experience.
