★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can use your own kitchen in each room, but they were refused to check us in when the tour operator bring us to the hotel. Check-in starts at 13:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria and Stravros cannot do enough for you and run a great place. Location good 2 pools apartments very clean and maid service regular. Shower in room one of the best I have had on Crete. Wi-Fi not very good though.

The room my girlfriend and I stayed in was ok, however the beds and pillow's need replacing as they are horribly uncomfortable as you can see in the picture one of the pillow's is torn.
The bathroom was insanitary because the toilet had a horrible smell due to the fact that the lid would not stay open. The shower isn't really a shower at all, the photo's speak for themselves.
As for the pool's I never went anywhere near them as they looked absolutely horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent family run place to stay.stavros and Maria are so warm and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. You only have to ask and they will help you. The food is great. The place has two swimming pools, and it is situated approximately 300metres from the main strip in stalis. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't originally book to stay here, we booked one down the road but got moved to this one.
Room was ok, beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were also terrible; like a hard rock.
The kitchen facilities were good.
The bathroom was unclean, the toilet lid didn't stay up which caused a smell, the shower was terrible and small barely enough room to move around, if you stay in the shower to long water the water comes through the floor.
Will not visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iraklis apartments are excellent, very relaxed and Maria and Stavros are great hosts who are always happy to help in anyway. Been trying to return here for last 2 years but covid has stopped that. Booked to return July 2023 and very much look forward to returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The night we arrived there was no one at the hotel to show us our room, just a sign on the reception door.
The first night we had a ground level room, and it was really small and the bathroom smelt really bad.
The first morning we met the owner or the main lady who works there and she offered us to pay extra 50eur for a lot better room in the 3rd floor with a nice view. So the first morning in total we had to pay 100eur extra 50 for the room and 50 for air conditioning.
Also we had breakfast included and I can definitely tell you that it is not worth it, basically the breakfast was just a couple of spices of white bread every day and some Nutella, jam or something similar.
We liked the lady working there, she was nice and friendly, but our total experience in the hotel was not the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has everything you need - clean rooms with bathrooms and kitchenettes, two swimming pools, a bar, a turtle and even parrots and Mrs. Maria makes delicious breakfasts, drinks and even sometimes there is an opportunity to dance;) and the best thing is that it is all very affordable price.
