M	Martha Blogging on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δωσαμε κινητο για αλλαγη οθονης. λιγες ημερες μετα διαπιστωσαμε οτι η οθονη δεν δουλεύει σωστα. το στειλαμε ξανα πίσω. και μας ενημέρωσαν οτι το κινητο πήγε σπασμένο. Μετά απο τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και με το κατάστημα στον Γέρακα και με τα κεντρικά το πρόβλημα λύθηκε και σε λίγες ώρες θα παραλάβουμε το κινητό. Παρ'όλο το πρόβλημα η εταιρία ανταποκρίθηκε. After a telephone communication with the store in Gerakas and with the headquarters, the problem was solved and in a few hours we will receive the mobile phone. Για να μην ξαναπάω στο ίδιο και τσακωθούμε με τους υπαλλήλους ζήτησα να εξυπηρετηθώ σε άλλο κατάστημα επειδή ήταν ΑΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΟΙ στο κατάστημα της Καλλιθέας και ΕΙΡΩΝΙΚΟΙ….!! Πήγα στον γερακα ! Για να φτιάξουν την βλάβη που προξένησαν στην ξέρει του κινητού και πάλι μου έλεγαν ότι δεν φταίνε σε κάτι!! Καλύτερα να πετάξεις το κινητο σου παρά να πας σε αυτούς!!! Τσάμπα λεφτά δίνεις !!! ΕΡΑΣΙΤΕΧΝΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΚΟΡΟΙΔΕΥΟΥΝ ΤΟΝ ΚΟΣΜΟ ΘΑ ΚΛΕΙΣΟΥΝ ΣΥΝΤΟΜΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΙΣ ΚΑΚΕΣ ΚΡΙΤΙΚΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΙΣ ΚΑΤΑΓΓΕΛΙΕΣ ΣΤΗΝ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΑ ΠΡΟΣΤΑΣΙΑΣ ΤΟΥ ΚΑΤΑΝΑΛΩΤΗ !!! My cell phone was damaged in ired Kallithea! A	Agis Koulopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα τον imac μου με χαλασμένο κομβίο ανοίγματος, και με την ευκαιρία να αλλάξω τον σκληρό δίσκο. Άψογος, επαγγελματίας, εξαιρετική δουλειά. Εκπληκτικός ο κύριος Στέφανος, να με ενημερώνει σε κάθε φάση της επισκευής, παρέλαβα το μηχάνημά μου σε μόλις λίγες ώρες. Αναλυτική επεξήγηση σε κάθε επέμβαση, μου έδειξε μέχρι και φωτογραφίες απο την επισκευή, ενώ ήταν αναλυτικότατος σε ότι απορία είχα. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν αισθάνεσαι ότι σε "ξεπετάνε". Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το εν λόγω κατάστημα!!!!! Πολλά συγχαρητήρια!!!! I went with my imac with a damaged opening button, and the opportunity to change the hard drive. Ο ειδικός μού εξήγησε με σαφήνεια και ευγένεια τη διαδικασία, πριν από την επισκευή, για το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα, το πιθανό κοστολόγιο και την πολιτική για την εγγύηση. Επίσης, ύστερα από την επισκευή, μου εξήγησε την αιτία του προβλήματος καθώς και τις λύσεις που προκύπτουν (αντικατάσταση πληκτρολογίου). Οι τιμές είναι πολύ καλές. Θα προτιμούσα να επισκεφτώ ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα παρά να αγοράσω επεκτάσεις εγγυήσεων, οι οποίες μπορεί και να μην καλύπτουν τυχον προβλήματα.
