★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λυπάμαι πάρα πολύ για την συμπεριφορά του κυρίου που είναι στο τεχνικό τμήμα. Έβαλε μια προστατευτικη μεμβράνη σε ένα tablet και μας ενημέρωσε ότι για δύο ώρες να μην το πειράξουμε. Το άνοιξα μετά από δύο ημέρες γιατί έλειπα και είναι όλο φουσκάλες και στίγματα από μέσα. Επικοινώνησα μαζί του κι το μόνο που έλεγε ότι αδύνατον να φταίει και ότι ενημέρωσε ότι η εγγύηση είναι για 48 ώρες. Πράγμα που δεν το είπε ποτέ. Όσο αφορά τα στίγματα τα εσωτερικά μπορεί να συμβεί. Σε ποιον πλανήτη μπορεί να συμβεί δεν το γνωρίζω. Αυτό δείχνει ότι δεν μπήκε καν στο κόπο να την καθαρίσει. Κρίμα γιατί είμαι από Αθήνα και μου το σύστησαν και το έστειλα να το κάνουν. Φυσικά ενημέρωσα τους δικούς μου για την συμπεριφορά αυτή και στεναχωρήθηκαν γιατί υποτίθεται ότι πρέπει να στηρίζουμε καταστήματα τοπικά της περιοχής αλλά πρέπει και να μας σέβονται.
I am very sorry for the behavior of the gentleman who is in the technical department. He put a protective film on a tablet and informed us not to touch it for two hours. I opened it after two days because I was missing and it is all blisters and spots inside. I contacted him and he only said that it was impossible for him to be at fault and that he informed me that the guarantee is for 48 hours. Which he never said. As for the spots internally it can happen. I do not know on which planet it can happen. This shows that he did not even bother to clean it. Too bad because I am from Athens and they recommended it to me and I sent it to them. Of course I informed my family about this behavior and they were upset because we are supposed to support stores locally in the area but they must also respect us.
