★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of OEM components used for iPhone repair is very bad. The service is done in a poor way. Since the display they installed was not working properly I had to repair the phone a second time and they discover that 2 screws were missing.

This shop is known among computer enthusiast circles for scamming people with no technical knowledge, overcharging and the most important: they always make mistakes about the problem you are facing. I'm not exactly saying this happens on purpose but there is this reoccurring pattern of friends coming to me after they tried their repair services and they always seem to miss what the problem was. (Sometimes I wonder if they even look at the hardware or just blind guess what the problem is) Especially with laptops. I am no professional nor I am in the competition. Just fed up with their sketchy unprofessionalism. I am afraid I wouldn't trust them.

My phone died while on holiday and they did a full diagnostics report on it for free. Even though my phone wasn’t fixed on the spot, I knew exactly what to do next (motherboard was fried but still had warranty). Bought a replacement phone (refurbished) there since I needed one anyway, and I got a free charger with it. Phone is in mint condition and was only €250!
Highly recommend this store if you’re having smartphone, tablet, or laptop issues.
