★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The advertisement for reparation is took only 20 minutes, but it needs 2 days to check the laptop and still, they couldn't fix it. They asked me 100 euro to fix the motherboard, but if they failed to fix it they will still charge me for 50 euro. it's not worth it to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an elderly Mac computer which 'died'. irepair had it for two days during which time they said they were up-dating it. When my friend collected it and returned it to me (I have cancer and following chemo do not drive) the computer did not work. It had no cursor (I am not a complete computer novice and have a BA in IT) but I couldn't kick start it. However a friend from the UK looked at it and discovered that the up-date had not been completed. He re-started the up-date and after an hour, the computer was working again. Apparently the job had not been completed properly.
The staff were all very pleasant, polite and amenable and the price reasonable but unfortunately, I am unable to recommend this place as they are not very competent.
Leader either would not (or could not) help so I would be extremely grateful to know where I can go in the future when I have problems?
I also need someone to come to the house, due to my ill health. I am 8 klms from Liston so this is surely not too much to ask?
