Two times, they did two minor fixes on the spot (something with the charging cable input in my laptop and a broken keyboard key) and they didn't even charge me! What I like most is that they will try everything before going the standard way "let's replace everything and charge you high". Absolutely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot understand the five-star reviews. In my case at least. There was no intention to help and support although it was just a replacement of an SSD that was available. No backups, no clones, nothing. Irepair says in their site that the most of works may be done the same day because they understand how important our devices are. And the are waiting spaces etc. There is nothing.the just lie. They promise is under many conditions which rarely can be met.
I am very sorry for your response. If you had assured that you would do your best to have my device ready by the end of the same day or the latest till the next day's morning, there would not a problem. The problem was that you rejected any posibility of fixing the same day (so, there was no offer that you told me that you would do your best) or the next day because, as you explained, you cannot foresee the workload of the next day and, generally, at any day.
A bit detail that makes all different.
On the contrary, because I must be honest, Syntagma brach was also overloaded but they did their best to service me. In your case, you refused any attempt or promise for the time of delivery.
Regardless, I appreciate your response and I do want to believe that all this is a misundertanding, taking into account the reputable history of your company and the high leve and always high quality of your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good service, not that specialist as they claim. would never go there again, unless is needed for any under warranty part (which are truly of low quality in my experience) I changed, as they can damage your device when fixing another issue without taking responsibility. poor behavior especially when they handle you as stupid.
