Η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού του καταστήματος υποδειγματική. Βγάζει συχνά προσφορές που αξίζουν. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. The phone service was correct and accurate. The package came on time and perfectly packed. The behavior of the shop staff is exemplary. It often makes worthwhile offers. I highly recommend it.
Ι	Ιωάννα Βεντούρη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προϊόν ήρθε σε καλή συσκευασία όμως όχι της κατασκευάστριας εταιρίας επομένως χωρίς δυνατότητα να ζητήσω αλλαγή από την εταιρία και χωρίς οδηγίες χρήσης και χωρίς καμιά ένδειξη ποιος είναι ο κατασκευαστής Το προϊόν πληρώθηκε 26/9 και έφυγε από την εταιρία 28/9 βράδυ 9 μ.μ. Δεν έχουν κάποια συμφωνία με courier για δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές και έτσι τα μεταφορικά είναι υψηλά με αποτέλεσμα να καταφεύγουμε στα ΕΛΤΑ που δεν έχουν σύστημα πόρτα-πόρτα σε δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές οπότε πληρώνουμε μεταφορικά αλλά το προϊόν πρέπει να το παραλάβουμε εμείς. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν όντως φιλική. (αλλά τα άλλα μετράνε περισσότερο) Η συνέχεια όμως διόρθωσε τα πράγματα. Επειδή κρίθηκε αναγκαία η αντικατάσταση του προϊόντος πρέπει να γραφεί στα υπέρ η άμεση και πρόθυμη ανταπόκριση του καταστήματος. Σημαντικό είναι πως δεν περίμεναν καν την επιστροφή του προϊόντος αλλά έστειλαν άμεσα το νέο βάζοντας μέσα στην συσκευασία και την μικρή διαφορά τιμής αν και είχαν πληρώσει τα μεταφορικά τόσο της επιστροφής όσο και της νέας αποστολής The product came in good packaging but not from the manufacturer so without the possibility to request a change from the company and without instructions for use and without any indication of who the manufacturer The product was paid 26/9 and left the company on 28/9 at 9 pm. They do not have an agreement with a courier for inaccessible areas and so the transport is high, as a result of which we resort to ELTA which does not have a door-to-door system in inaccessible areas, so we pay for transport but we have to receive the product. The service was really friendly. (but others count more) But then things got better. As it was deemed necessary to replace the product, the immediate and willing response of the store must be written in favor. It is important that they did not even wait for the return of the product but immediately sent the new one, putting in the package the small price difference even though they had paid the shipping costs of both the return and the new shipment.

Ευγενικό προσωπικό με προθυμία στην εξυπηρέτηση, άμεση αποστολή και όλα ήρθαν χωρίς καθυστέρηση με άψογο πακετάρισμα !!! Συνεχίστε έτσι !!! Congratulations on many issues! Polite staff with willingness to serve, prompt delivery and everything came without delay with impeccable packaging !!! Go on like this !!!
Γ	ΓΕΩΡΓΙΑ ΧΑΤΖΗΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράγγειλα 3 χριστουγεννιάτικες τραβέρσες στις 5/12/19. Στο ηλ. κατάστημα έγραφε Παράδοση σε 1-3 ημέρες. Όταν πέρασαν οι 3 εργάσιμες ημέρες πήρα τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα να μάθω για την παραγγελία μου, όπου με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα την ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΩ μέχρι τέλος της εβδομάδας. Την παρασκευή στις 13/12/19 (τέλος της εβδομάδας) ξαναπέρνω το κατάστημα και τους λέω ότι μου είχαν πει μέχρι τέλος της εβδομάδας οτι ΘΑ ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΩ, όπου με ενημερώνουν ότι δεν υπάρχουν διαθέσιμες στην αποθήκη και ότι τις έχουν παραγγείλει και ότι αρχές της επόμενης εβδομάδας θα τις παραλάβω. Σήμερα 18/12/19, 11η εργάσιμη ημέρα από την παραγγελία μου, ΑΚΟΜΑ ΔΕΝ ΕΧΩ ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΕΙ. Μου έχουν στείλει βέβαια email και γνωρίζω ότι το δέμα μου από τις 13/12/19 βρίσκεται στην μεταφορική, την οποία καλώ από χτες και καμία απάντηση. Αγαπητό κατάστημα, ΦΡΟΝΤΙΖΕ να γράφεις ΣΩΣΤΕΣ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΕΣ για τους ΧΡΟΝΟΥΣ ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΗΣ. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ να ζητάτε την ΕΞΟΦΛΗΣΗ της παραγγελίας και μετά να πηγαίνει στο έλεος του Θεού!!! I ordered 3 Christmas Transoms on 5/12/19. In the online store he wrote Delivery in 1-3 days. When the 3 business days have passed I called the store to find out about my order, where they informed me that I would receive it by the end of the week. On Friday 13/12/19 (end of the week) I go back to the store and tell them that by the end of the week I have been told that I will receive it, where they inform me that they are not available in the warehouse and that they have ordered them and that they will start next of the week I will receive them. Today 18/12/19, the 11th business day of my order, I still do not receive. Of course they have sent me emails and I know that my parcel since 13/12/19 is in shipping, which I call from yesterday and no reply. Dear Shop, BE CAREFUL TO GIVE CORRECT INFORMATION ON DELIVERY TIMES. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE to ask for the REFUND of the order and then go to the mercy of God !!! BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU PAY TO LET US KNOW THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT IN YOUR WAREHOUSE and that you will need ADDITIONAL TIME from the one listed on the web to send it to us.
