Μεγααααλη καθυστέρηση στην παράδοση των δεμάτων-φακέλων, καμία ενημέρωση προς τους πελάτες, ψευδείς ενημερώσεις σε άλλες περιπτώσεις ότι δεν βρίσκουν τον πελάτη και το λένε αδυναμία παράδοσης δέματος και ζητούν να πάει από εκεί ο πελάτης να παραλάβει το οτιδήποτε. Κακή συμπεριφορά στις τηλεφωνικές συνομιλίες τους. Μόνο ταχυμεταφορες δεν είναι ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε ΕΡΓΑΣΙΜΗ ημέρα εντός των γιορτών δεν τηρήσατε το προβλεπόμενο ωράριο και ούτε ενημερώσατε ότι θα είστε κλειστά με αποτέλεσμα να σας επισκεφτώ πριν τις 2:30 και να διαπιστώσω ότι είστε κλειστά. Όχι μόνο δεν μου φέρατε το δέμα το οποίο στην ενημέρωση αποστολής έλεγε εισαγωγή στο κατάστημα από τις 9 μου δημιουργήσατε και πρόβλημα. Παρεπιπτόντως, οι 2 μεγάλοι ανταγωνιστές σας λειτουργούσαν κανονικά με τους διανομείς στο δρόμο και πελάτες στο κατάστημα.

Πηρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω εαν έφτασε το δεμα μου για να περασω να το παραλάβω μιας και δεν ήμουν σπιτι και η κοπελίτσα στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο μου λέει οτι ακόμα δεν εχει έρθει Κομοτηνή. Στα επόμενα 20 λεπτα με καλεί ο κουριερ και μου λεει ειναι κατω απο το σπίτι μου και πως δεν με βρήκε εκει. Και έτσι μπαινεις σε ενα κουραστικό "παιχνιδάκι" με το ποτε θα ερθει ποτε να πας κτλ. Απαράδεκτοι, απλα μάθετε ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΤΑΛΑΙΠΩΡΕΊΤΑΙ ΤΟΝ ΚΟΣΜΟ και επιτέλους εκπαιδευστε τους υπαλλήλους σας
