★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόκειται για χαρακτηριστικό διώροφο κτήριο του όψιμου νεοκλασικισμού. Η αρχική χρήση στο ισόγειο ήταν καταστήματα και στον όροφο. Σήμερα το κτήριο είναι εγκαταλελειμμένο.
Τα κατακόρυφα στοιχεία του φέροντος οργανισμού είναι από λιθοδομή και τα οριζόντια από πλάκες οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος. Οι τοίχοι πλήρωσης είναι από οπτοπλινθοδομή. Το κτήριο καλύπτεται με δώμα από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα

The vertical elements of the bearing body are of stone and the horizontal are of reinforced concrete slabs. The filling walls are of brickwork. The building is covered with a roof made of reinforced concrete
