★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό μουσείο, τα εκθέματα πανέμορφα σε υπέροχες προθήκες με καταπληκτικό φωτισμό! Με το εισιτήριο των 2€ μπορείς να επισκεφθείς και το μουσείο υφαντικής που βρίσκεται δίπλα. Μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
Great museum, beautiful exhibits in gorgeous showcases with amazing lighting! With the € 2 ticket you can also visit the weaving museum next door. We liked it very much, I highly recommend it!

Very nice, different tools from the past to cultivate the land, make honey, carpenter's tools, for weaving and more. Very nice and interesting. Recommended.

A very remarkable folklore museum, housed in perhaps the most suitable place - a traditional mansion (the Doctor). Worth to visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στεγάζεται στο αρχοντικό Ιατρού, ή Γιατράδικο, ένα από τα ωραιότερα κτίσματα του οικισμού και το παλαιότερο της Χαλκιδικής. Χρονολογείται πιθανώς στο β΄ μισό του 18ου αιώνα, ή στις αρχές του 19ου. Το κτίριο ανήκε στον Κωνσταντίνο Κατσάγγελο και στέγαζε τη λαογραφική συλλογή, η οποία είχε τοποθετηθεί από τον Πολιτιστικό και Εκπαιδευτικό Σύλλογο Αρναίας. Λειτουργεί ως μουσείο από το καλοκαίρι του 1999 και σήμερα ανήκει στον Δήμο Αριστοτέλη.
It is housed in the mansion of Iatrou, or Giatratiko, one of the most beautiful buildings of the settlement and the oldest in Halkidiki. It probably dates to the second half of the 18th century, or the beginning of the 19th. The building belonged to Konstantinos Katsangelos and housed the folklore collection, which had been placed by the Cultural and Educational Association of Arnaia. It has been operating as a museum since the summer of 1999 and today belongs to the Municipality of Aristotle.
