★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Service. I purchase the new iPhone 11 Pro on their website. My ordered was queued till they call me telling they received the iPhone and that I should make immediate payment to them. I transferred them 1150,00 EUR immediately. The same day they called me again (in the evening) asking me NOT to transfer the money because they didnt get the phone yet. My funds transfer had already been done and they was impossible to withdraw it.
A week has passed now, they don't answer the phone or if I am lucky enough to get an operator they tell me they will call back to inform about the status of my order but they never call.
Unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING SERVICE CENTER!! kyriakos was able to take my iPhone and have it repaired with in the Apple guarantee scheme, he was able to explain and get it ready with in the same day!! very helpful and knows all about apple. he also installed my Panzer Glass TO PERFECTION!!! *He deserves a promotion or sales manager 100%*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service.. 13 days to change a battery and I still haven’t received my phone.. on top of that they lied too me that they sent my phone twice… had to speak with apple Greece to get my issue resolved… miss bacopoulis and zouma from istorm, you should resign and not work or have anything to do with apple.. you both are a disappointment to Apple ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 50 eur 'for service' and they could not even open up the pc. So I paid 50 for saying we could not open it.it is a Shame... and Saying can not be fix a 7 year old Mac is Very OLD. Nice trying that I should buy a new one.? Thx
