The staff was very helpful to provide information on specs etc. My only issue was that even though I was promised a sealed box with the Sony tape (cause I specifically asked to be the first to open it), when it was delivered to my house it had been opened. I was told this is in order for Greek manuals to be inserted but is a very big miss from a global prestigious brand.

I bought my headphones and my TV there to have a good after sales service. Unfortunately when I brought my broken headphones, they told me they do not do service, but they offered me to ship the headset if I paid the shipping.
After describing the issue with the service they refused to repair it for free while it is under warranty. It broke while I wear it on my head but they did not trust me.
