★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να παραγγείλω ένα laptop με τα χρήματα στο χέρι και μου πρότειναν να το παραγγείλω on line από το σπίτι. Ένιωσα ότι δεν υπήρχε διάθεση για να με εξυπηρετήσουν και έφυγα. Σε προηγουμένη επίσκεψη μου και αγορά ενός iphone11 πριν από ένα χρόνο και κάτι τα πράγματα ήταν αρκετά καλύτερα.
 I went to order a laptop with the money in hand and they suggested me to order it online from home. I felt that there was no mood to serve me and I left. On my previous visit and purchase of an iphone11 a year ago and something things were much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλώ αρκετές φορές στο ένα και μοναδικό σταθερό που έχουν και η γραμμή κλείνει,όποια επιλογή και αν κάνεις.το ότι μπορεί να είναι μονοπώλιο η εταιρεία αυτή στην Ελλάδα δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν πρέπει να έχει και κάποιο πολύ καλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης τουλάχιστον και στο τηλέφωνο.
I call several times to the one and only landline that they have and the line closes, whatever choice you make. The fact that this company can be a monopoly in Greece does not mean that it should not have a very good level of service, at least on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή εξυπηρέτηση, είχε όμως πάρα πολύ κόσμο (Κυριακή) κι έτσι ήταν κάπως δύσκολα τα πράγματα.
Good service, but it was very crowded (Sunday) and so things were a bit difficult.

unacceptable! no update for order from November and no answer ever on the phone .... shame ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι υπάλληλοι παρά πολύ ευγενικοί αλλά για Σάββατο μόνο δυο πολιτές στο κατάστημα πολύ δύσκολα τα βγάζουν πέρα. Είχε αρκετά κόσμο με αποτέλεσμα να περιμένω 20 λεπτά για να εξυπηρετηθώ.
The employees are very kind but for Saturday only two citizens in the store find it very difficult to get by. It was quite crowded so I waited 20 minutes to be served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Service. I purchase the new iPhone 11 Pro on their website. My ordered was queued till they call me telling they received the iPhone and that I should make immediate payment to them. I transferred them 1150,00 EUR immediately. The same day they called me again (in the evening) asking me NOT to transfer the money because they didnt get the phone yet. My funds transfer had already been done and they was impossible to withdraw it.
A week has passed now, they don't answer the phone or if I am lucky enough to get an operator they tell me they will call back to inform about the status of my order but they never call.
Unacceptable!
