★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ενημέρωση της γραμματείας για τη διαδικασία των αποτελεσμάτων ήταν ανεπαρκής!Τη μέρα που πλήρωσα για τη βιοψία δεν μου δόθηκε καμμία εξήγηση για το πώς θα λάβω τα αποτελέσματα!Ο υπάλληλος δεν είχε καμμία διάθεση για διευκρινήσεις! Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που μπήκα σε μια τέτοια διαδικασία, νομίζω δεν ήμουν υποχρεωμένη να ξέρω! Ένα κέντρο που ασχολείται με το ιατρικό κομμάτι πρέπει να λαμβάνει υπόψιν και την ψυχολογική κατάσταση των ασθενών! Δεν θα αναφερθώ και στη δεύτερη εμπειρία όταν χρειάστηκε να τηλεφωνήσω πάλι για διευκρινήσεις όσον αφορά τα αποτελέσματα!
 Informing the secretariat about the results process was insufficient! The day I paid for the biopsy I was not given any explanation on how I would receive the results! The employee was not in the mood for clarification! It was the first time I got into such a process, I think I did not have to know! A center that deals with the medical part must also take into account the psychological condition of the patients! I will not mention the second experience when I had to call again for clarifications regarding the results!
