★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is based on the experience I had buying online. I placed the order and 5 days later I had no update of its status, I called them and the reason was due to no stock for my order and they did not know when they will get stock, still an update to the customer would have been nice (online the item of my order was showing in stock). Also, the money had already been taken from my bank account the day I placed the order which is not right, I should have been charged when the order was out for delivery.

iStorm asked for 760 and 10 days with a snobby attitude.
iSystem fixed it for free in 2 days, in great style and politeness.
So now you know where to take your Apple "junk".
Hope iSystem won't change in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you visit to get support on premium products (while on valid warranty) you expect a level of customer care basics..
What i experienced was a "it was your fault, you cannot see it nor we can prove it to you, but it's your fault. Contact apple support center for further assistance or to ask for an exception"
It is not about getting something as an exception or that i am not entitled by warranty, it's about general approach-attidute and if you are willing to support on any case that may arise. Based on my visit i don't think customer experience is a priority here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly professional staff with excellent customer service. The team spoke great English and was so helpful with preparing my macbook & airpods for servicing. I did not need to make an appointment to visit their store for repair services.
Their telephone service is also very helpful- I’ve called a few times to all through repair options and costs for a broken iPhone a few months ago.
The store has the largest variety of apple products and accessories I’ve ever come across in Greece. They also sell plenty of screen covers, cases, speakers, keyboards, headphones, etc…
If you are an Apple user, I highly recommend this authorized reseller!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best Apple service place in Athens. Extremely straight forward, polite, communicative, and professional. I went there a couple of weeks ago for an iPhone X battery replacement, and they had it ready within the time quota they provided, waterproofing silicone replaced and everything, and the phone was returned to me in a small envelope with protective bubble wrap and a 3 month guarantee for the battery. A few days later I called them up because I had noticed some specs of dust under the phone glass on the front camera lens. They told me to bring it in for a cleaning and lo and behold, they had it done in about 15-20 minutes at no cost! Even if the store is not easily accessible to you (parking in the area is difficult) it is 100% worth the quality of service they
provide.
