Try the roasted vegetables as an aperitif and follow it with the wild oyster mushroom risotto. Mix the two together for a gastronomic delight. The soft creamy risotto compliments the sweet acid tones of the aperitif. The idea stuck me as both dishes came at the same time and I just felt the two flavours and textures would work well together.
Well worth a detour and visit off the congested motorway.
