★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία, αν μπορούσα να βάλω και 10 αστέρια, θα τα έβαζα! Παραγγείλαμε μέσω τηλεφώνου ένα σύστημα συναγερμού, από την πρώτη στιγμή το παλικάρι ήταν ευγενέστατο και αναλυτικότατο, πάντα πρόθυμος να μας κατατοπίσει σχετικά με απορίες που είχαμε για την τοποθέτησή του και με κάποια τεχνικά θέματα και μάλιστα εχθές μας καλέσε τηλεφωνικά για να μας ρωτήσει αν έχουμε κάποια άλλη απορία ή κάποιο θέμα. Μπράβο! Αξιόλογοι και σωστοί επαγγελματίες!
In this company, if I could put 10 stars, I would put them! We ordered an alarm system over the phone, from the first moment the lad was very polite and very detailed, always willing to inform us about questions we had about his placement and some technical issues and even yesterday he called us to ask if we have any another question or issue. Well done! Remarkable and right professionals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάνε περίπου 4 χρόνια από την αγορά μέσω διαδικτύου ενός ολοκληρωμένου συστήματος ασφαλείας. Επειδή επρόκειτο απλά για την αποθήκη μου, δεν προσανατολίστηκα σε ένα ακριβό και επώνυμο προϊόν. Στην πράξη όμως αυτό αποδείχτηκε και ικανό και αξιόπιστο σύστημα. Για την ευγενικότατη εξυπηρέτηση και την αγόγγυστη/αμέριστη βοήθεια (εφόσον η εγκατάσταση έγινε από εμένα και όχι από κάποιον τεχνικό) κρίνω πως οι συγκεκριμένοι επιχειρηματίες του καταστήματος αυτού, είναι και άξιοι και σπάνιοι στο είδος τους. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι μετά από τα 4 χρόνια, σήμερα, χρειάστηκε να τροποποιήσω το σύστημα με την προσθήκη επιπλέον ανιχνευτών και η προθυμία τους για βοήθεια στην εγκατάσταση ήταν πάλι η ίδια!! Μπράβο τους. Αυτός είναι και ο λόγος που χωρίς να στο σκεφτώ διόλου, τους είχα συστήσει ήδη με τα καλύτερα λόγια σε νέους πλέον πελάτες τους και θα συνεχίσω να το κάνω.
It takes about 4 years to purchase an integrated security system over the internet. Because it was just about my warehouse, I was not geared towards an expensive and branded product. In practice, however, this also proved to be a competent and reliable system. For meticulous service and unassisted help (since the installation was done by me and not by a technician) I think that the particular businessmen in this store are both worthy and rare in their kind. It is worth mentioning that after 4 years, today, I had to modify the system by adding additional detectors and their willingness to help in the installation was again the same !! Well done for them. This is the reason why, without thinking about it at all, I had already recommended them with the best words to their new clients and I will continue to do so.
