β β β β β Central Hotel directly on the Sitia's harbor. Rooms could be cleaner....air condition was very dirty and there was a kitchen smell in the hotel corridors and reception. People polite but could be more helpful!
Restaurant food and service very good.

β β β β β Nice hotel in the centre of Sitia - equals noise from a nearby playground for the local kids and teenagers. Nice staff though. Breakfast is so so, standard. Nothing special. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are ok, little to soft mattress, but thats individual.
We stayed for 2 Weeks with 3 Days roadtrip break. Nice small pool on the roof. Not enough sunbeds, but beach chairs as extras. Note that the pool is open for the public after 1 pm. and the "ground rules" is not kept.....=noise and loads of kids.
All in All an ok stay. We Will find a more calm place next time.

β β β β β Good family run hotel with great facilities including roof top pool, gym and restaurant. This hotel even has a lift so you can avoid the stairs. Perfect location with rooms overlooking the marina. Rooms comfortable, if a little outdated. Bed was ok, pillows a bit hard for my preference. Good wifi for Crete. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Would stay here again.

β β β β β A nice place located ideally on the Sitia port with sea view and totally downtown. Friendly staff, cocid conscious and clean place with good breakfast and the required amenities. The downside is that it needs to be modernized as it has all the prerequisites to be transferred in the modern age.

β β β β β As a staff member i consider this establishment to be one of the most well equipped in town with good food and in one of the best locations. Most of the rooms have an amazing sea view. Though the management is quite good it is slightly overstaffed at times as the covid epidemic creates uncertainty in business. Good value for money overall.

β β β β β Location is good and that is it!. Atmosphere is dark and depressing, staff rude and unhelpful, rooms are small and lifeless. Too many items on the restaurant menu so nothing is very good.
Only 6 people eating there (no Greeks which should tell you something) on a Friday night.
Roof top bar has a great view but they charge as much for a virgin cocktail as a regular one so watch out. Pool has little shade and dirty. This is not a one time review of this hotel, it has been this way for years and the owners just donβt care. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else!
