Nice, but def not a 5 star. 3/4 speak only French & the englisch Kids Club is closed-but no Infos or sign here! Breakfast ist great but the rest … as mentioned before , not 5 star quality. Currently August 2nd lots of rude people. Staff is ok, front desk & shop staff ist great Our travel agent said it’s a kids Perfect Hotel (Iam disappointed ) if I think about a kids hotel I think of one with kids entertainment (not only in French) like Bahia Fantasia in punta Cana ! Unfortunately we still have more days ! Cleaning is good. Too bad it’s 2 h from Heraklion ! No santorini day trip ! Almost 200. € just for 1 ride with the cab from airport to the hotel Kids arcade minimal & most out of order Sorry hotel but

I stayed at Sitia Beach hotel for 2 weeks. Despite of Sitia being on the very east end of Crete, there is plenty to explore and visit in the area. Sitia itself is a small, rather quiet, lovely Cretan town. The hotel is located just by the beach, literally 50m away, and approx. 400m from the center of Sitia. Pools and their infrastructure is amazing, also no issues with finding free sun beds and/or umbrellas. For a 5* hotel internal infrastructure (elevators e.g.) could use an update, but I consider it a minor issue. The greatest asset of that place is definitely the staff. Everyone is kind, polite, smiling and always happy to help. A big shoutout to the pool bar team, specially Eleanna ?, who made my stay very, very pleasant. Staff speaks Greek and English, some staff members know also French and German. Since I opted for all-inclusive vacation, I had many chances to try the hotel restaurant. Served food was really good, specially all of the Greek/Cretan specialties. I was not a huge fan of thematic dinners (Mexican, Italian, Asian), but other than that I would totally recommend. Awesome selection of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant is also considerate of people with dietary restrictions and vegetarians - big plus for that. To sum up, if you’re looking for a comfortable accommodation in the easternmost part of the island, Sitia Beach hotel is the place you’re looking for. Keep up the good work!

A BIG "all in" resort , for a family-friendly stay. Or if you like like kind of "quality timing" without any thinking. It's probably place for you. Yes this hotel have everything you need, for pleasure staying. But why do I give this hotel only 3* , it's because it's not that special anymore. But please it's only my personal opinion. ?

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. I'd give it 3 stars maximum. The food from the buffet is just... disgusting. I can't imagine how someone could come to a place with such a nice food like Greece and just eat what's offered in this hotel. For sure not the type of tourism I'd go for. Staff at the restaurant made us feel uncomfortable.

Good hotel, but in urgent need of refurbishment (definitely not a 5 star resort by standard). The main downside is a busy and noisy road separating the building from the beach (although, truth be told, the same applies to all hotels in Sitia). Friendly and helpful staff. Below average breakfasts. Very convenient location on the town's outskirts, yet just a few steps away from the main promenade.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a good hotel with several swimming pools (full of kids) and a possibility of the half pension or all inclusive service. Nice view! However, it is definitely not a five stars hotel. May be it used to be, but not in 2021. Not enough parking places for all guests, no any welcome drink, not even water (33 degrees outside), the beach is not so clean, and it smells the road. The free drinks at the dinner are disgusting but the wine for 15-20€ is good. Good breakfast.

It was our 10th stay at the Sitia Beach Resort and for us as a family with 3 children it's the best choice in Crete and Mediterranean. The hotel offers great restaurants, nice pools, a beautiful private beach. In addition the stuff is amazing - everyone is very friendly and helpful. Especially as well the F&B-Crew, especially Dimitris delivers an outstanding service and quality in all Restaurants. Thanks a lot to the whole team for making us such a great holiday!
