★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κοντά στο κεντρικό μονοπάτι. Δεν είναι ακριβώς σπηλιά αλλά ένα κοίλωμα στον βράχο. Έχει ικανοποιητική θέα.
 Very close to the main path. It is not exactly a cave but a pit in the rock. It has a satisfactory view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ έζησε τα καλοκαίρια για είκοσι ολόκληρα χρόνια ο ζωγράφος Βασίλης Ιθακήσιος. Ήταν το ορμητήριό του όλα αυτά τα χρόνια προς όλες τις πλευρές του Ολύμπου από τις πιο ήπιες μέχρι τις πιο απόκρημνες. Το κοίλωμα αυτό το ονόμαζε "Άσυλο των Μουσών ". Εκεί φιλοξένησε αρκετές φορές ορειβάτες και λάτρεις του βουνού. Σήμερα παρότι έχει τσιμενταριστεί προσφέρει κάποια προστασία από τις καιρικές συνθήκες. Εκεί κοντά βρίσκεται και η πηγή του Στράγγου.
The painter Vasilis Ithakisios lived here for twenty years in the summers. It has been the base of its course over all the years to all sides of Olympus from the mild to the most steep. This cavity called it "Asylum of the Muses". There he hosted climbers and mountain lovers several times. Today, although it has been cemented, it offers some protection from the weather. There is also the source of Stratos.
