JASMINE APARTMENTS - PEO Kissamou Chanion

Appartment was perfect, clean, very modern, comfortable, fully equipped. When we came we had fresh fruit, cold wine, water and Raki in the fridge. Location is really good, beaches are very close 3 min on foot, 45 min drive by bus to main city Chania, bus run every 30min. Damoulis & Ritsa are very nice guys, so friendly and so helpfull all the time. We had a great time here. Thank You one more time.

We arrived today at this fantastic nice and clean appartment. Everything you need you will find here. Two nice and big terraces. One with alot of sun and sunlounger. Perfect for sun lovers like us. The kitchen has all you need with big oven and toaster. Big fridge and freezer. And there were already ice cubes in the freezer so i could make immediately my gin tonic. The appartment is verry modern with sattelite tv. Good airconditioning and a nice bathroom with washing machine. You get fresh fruit. Cookies and a bottle of wine as welcome gift. You feel verry welcome by the family who runs these appartments and a nice restaurant also in platanias. Damoulis and his wife are verry friendly hosts. Also the sister vicky is verry friendly. You feel verry welcome here. Now i gonna enjoy my stay here....

Many thanks to Damoulis and Ritsa for this great vacation in Jasmine apartment! The apartment is very clean and spacious, located is just several mins to Maleme beach, a big supermarket is just across the street, tavernas, restaurants etc. The apartment has all you need and even more(they have even playing cards!) All furniture is new and clean, all in perfect state. The owners are VERY helpful and friendly, really we don't meet so kind people often. Next time we would come back there for sure!

We choose this apartment for out 7 nights stay in Crete. Its simply awesome. Incredibile modern, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Our apartment 3 bedrooms (each one with balcony), 2 bathrooms, huge living room with open space kitchen and another 2 balconies where you can sip wine at night after beach. All rooms have AC. Also, private garrage for you car. The host is incredibly kind, waited us upon arrival, told us everything there is to know about the apartment and gave us good tips about what there is to do in Crete. I would recomand this place for everyone who wants to travel in Crete. Bonus tip: you should also have dinner at Drosia restaurant (owned by the host). You will get the same treatment. Good food, friendly staff, best raki and ouzo.

Must read.. I was looking for a very last minute deal and unsure of where to go I eventually decided to head to Maleme, South of the beautiful island of Crete, Greece. Maleme is 30 minutes by taxi from Chania International Airport for approx €50. However, if you book the apartment the hosts will be able to help with a taxi for a lesser fee. The weather was getting up to 36 degrees in the first week of July and the small town of Maleme population circa 700 residents is the perfect location for a quiet vacation. The apartment is newly built and on the national road which has all the amenities you need from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the beach, doctors, pharmacy, bars and more. The apartment is spacious and is able to house 7 people but there were only 3 of us visiting. The apartment and hosts made it the best holiday I have had. Unsure of what to expect, my expectations were significantly surpassed. The apartment has everything.. tvs in each room, air con in all rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with all the utensils, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, wine and fruit complimentary of the hosts. The apartment is alarmed and easy to use. There are even 4 balconies! One was used everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner with sunset and sunrise views. A very quiet location and also alot of planning has clearly gone into this new build. This a luxurious apartment and with the price tag it is very affordable and more. The apartment has dining and living are with a big sofa to lounge on. You can soak up the sun on the balconies on the comfy deck chairs or just stand and enjoy the views with a glass of wine. Local residents are very friendly and helpful and you do not get this often. You can get a bus into old town Chania, a must to see from 30 seconds outside of the apartment. Takes you into old town a short walk from the port and markets. Bus is very cheap and best way to get around. Of course you can get taxis or hire a car. Old town is 30 minutes max by bus. The bus arrives every 15 minutes and stops opposite the apartment too. Buses run until very late at night or maybe all night. A very safe location too. You can also book tours and get the fun train to see different areas of Crete from waterparks to historical acheological sites or to the wine tasting open factory. What made the holiday amazing was the hosts who went the extra mile in all possible ways. They picked us up from a local cafe when we arrived early and checked us in. They are well known and can help with taxis or answering anything - what/where to go And of they don't know they will find out. They helped with arranging local taxis at more affordable prices and will be in touch immediately when you need them via whatsapp. The apartment also has wifi, that works and an intercome system for added security. The hosts are friendly and just an amazing couple who also invited us to their restaurant that is closeby. My mum celebrated her birthday there and they were so helpful in arranging lots of special ways for her to be surprised and enjoy her day. I highly recommend Maleme and this apartment if you want value for money and a quiet holiday with lots to do or just the beach to lie on which is a 7 minute walk from apartment with lots of bars and restaurants serving all types of mediterranean cuisines. I will be visiting Maleme again just to stay in this apartment and if you run out of things to do you will it will be a very easy option to stay indoors and just relax in the comfy apartment. Spacious and very beautifully equipped apartment for up to 6 people. The hosts, who are extraordinarily kind, thought of literally everything. Every detail fits and makes a stay here so relaxing and satisfying, as if you were hosted by family or good friends - or even better. Very close to the beach of Maleme, supermarket is just across the street. Maleme itself is not too crowded and a good spot for trips to, for example, Chania or other beautiful spots around the island.

We truly had the perfect stay at Jasmine apartments. The house was clean and modern and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great; close to restaurants, the grocery store and only a relatively short car trip away from the beautiful beaches on Crete. The host was also very kind and provided us with helpful tips. Definitely recommended!

This accomodation is very modern,stylish and spacious with everything you could need for your stay.You can see the sea from the front and the mountains from the rear . There is a pharmacy and supermarket across the street and several restaurants in walking distance.Olive groves and the beach are both within about 10 minutes walking. Jasmine is located in a quiet rural town but which is not overly touristic. Damoulis the manager is always available with information or help if needed.I felt I was at home during my stay
