E	Elisabetta Grison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace molto lasciare questa recensione negativa in quanto non vedevamo l'ora di alloggiare presso gli appartamenti, ma, purtroppo, la gestione ha cancellato oggi la nostra prenotazione per il 4 Maggio. La motivazione dataci è stata che devono fare lavori di manutenzione dopo il brutto tempo invernale. Riteniamo che questo tipo di considerazione avrebbe dovuto essere fatta con largo anticipo, invece di lasciarci con a malapena due settimane per trovare un'altra sistemazione. Inoltre, ancora prima che la prenotazione venisse cancellata eravamo rimasti insoddisfatti dalla lentezza dimostrata nel comunicare con noi e rispondere alle nostre domande. Abbiamo visto che gli appartamenti sono ancora disponibili online per lo stesso periodo: non consiglierei assolutamente di prenotare, a meno che non vogliate rischiare di essere lasciati a piedi... I'm very sorry to leave this negative review because we couldn't wait to stay at the apartments, but, unfortunately, the management canceled our reservation for May 4th today. The reason given to us was that they have to do maintenance work after the bad winter weather. We believe that this type of consideration should have been done well in advance, instead of leaving us with barely two weeks to find another accommodation. Furthermore, even before the booking was canceled we were dissatisfied with the slowness of communicating with us and answering our questions. We have seen that the apartments are still available online for the same period: I would definitely not recommend booking, unless you want to risk being left on foot ...

Invece al nostro arrivo ne abbiamo trovato uno piccolissimo....sporco e infestato dalle formiche, nei giorni a seguire hanno risolto il problema. La struttura è un po' datata, le stanze sono molto spartane, gli armadi non pervenuti... evito di commentare il bagno. Le pulizie vengono eseguite tutti i giorni ma lasciano molto a desiderare.....un appartamento pulito è altro. La struttura è fuori kissamos quindi la macchina è fondamentale per raggiungere il paese. Unica nota positiva è il personale molto gentile. Bocciato. We did not start in the best way as we had booked an apartment with two rooms considering that we are three. Instead, on our arrival we found a very small one .... dirty and infested with ants, in the following days they solved the problem. The structure is a bit dated, the rooms are very spartan, the closets not received ... I avoid commenting on the bathroom. Cleaning is done every day but leaves a lot to be desired ..... a clean apartment is another. The structure is outside kissamos so the car is essential to reach the town. The only positive note is the very friendly staff. Rejected.

We got even olive oil and a bottle of wine as a gift. If Kissamos, then Tripodis Apartment, that applies also for us for the next time.
